Good log cabin but a few glitches with delivery
The log cabin we bought from Tuin is very sturdy and was a reasonable price, we are very happy with the finished job. The instructions were apparently fairly unfathomable so our carpenters had to make numerous telephone calls to customer service for advice. Customer service was very helpful to them.
I spoke to customer service a few times in the early stages of ordering, and while they were generally helpful and polite before I committed to the product, once I had ordered there were a couple of occasions when the sales assistant was rather less helpful.
When you are committing to a big expenditure of several thousand pounds just based on a picture on a website, you do need to be happy you are getting all the right kit and there was a muddle at Tuin’s end about whether the insulation I had ordered would be coming separately or with the rest of the cabin. I was given the wrong information about this so it all became rather confused once the kit had been delivered as it was all packed up on pallets.
The other criticism I would make is that I did not receive a fully itemised order from them which included all the extras I had paid for, so I had no proof of purchase.
However, overall I am pleased we went ahead with the cabin and we look forward to years of usage.

We are hoping to make some much needed changes to the instructions supplied with our cabins to mitigate confusion going forward. On top of this, we are currently working on better implementation of the insulation for our cabins, for a smoother process.

Brilliant cabin from Tuin, and fantastic installation team too.
Tuin designed a bespoke 9m x 3m workshop cabin for our garden and the whole process has been seamless, the cabin is excellent quality and delivered on time. We employed - on Tuin's recommendation - Richard and his team from VERSATILE OUTDOOR SPACES.CO.UK to do the installation of our Tuin cabin. Both the quality of the cabin supplied by Tuin, and the care and professionalism of Richard and his team doing the installation were exceptional and we are delighted with the end result. Thank you!

Delivery well organised. Driver super helpful and placed our pallet exactly where we needed it , involving a quarter mile road run!
Well packaged. You must watch all the customer knowledge videos to be confident in a troublefree assembly.
A level base is critical to success!
