I was so pleased that Laura answered the phone when I had to call as I couldn’t process my booking online. Not only was she extremely lovely, she was knowledgeable, listened to my needs ( disabilities) professional, helpful..and everything in both !

Having had excellent service from TUI staff at departure airport and at Palma airport on our June holiday we decided to book again in September with TUI.The booking process is so easy online Thank you

We couldn’t book online as we were travelling the next day, it was last minute booking.
The woman on the phone said it was adults only, it wasn’t, nice enough place, we felt she was only saying she had been to the hotel herself!
There is a section that is adults only, but the Princess in La Palma is not.

Staff are all ways very helpful in the church street shop in liverpool

Niomi the staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent time with us choosing the best cruise to meet our requirements.

Giving 1 star is generous compared to how TUI treated my complaint regarding so many issues experienced on my recent holiday in Gran Canaria’s Maspalomas and Tabaiba hotel. It cost over £6k for a week and it was a terrible experience with so many issues. Despite spending over £30k in the past 3 years on TUI holidays when things go wrong they do not want to know so we will now look elsewhere.

Great customer service from the staff in Exmouth

Used TUI for many years. Cant fault the service from initial booking to boarding the plane. Staff are really helpful. Pleased that TUI continue to operate flights out of Cardiff to keep my local airport going.

Third Tui holiday, they never disappoint. Outstanding value for money, incredible food, great facilities, perfect family memories.

Family holiday in a Tui Magic life hotel. Nice enough but no way near the quality of similar prices TUI hotels we’ve stayed at in Egypt and Turkey.
Chosen for the family activities, for me specifically the cycling. Guides were nice enough but tended to speed off quite a bit. Few got left behind on a number of occasions, either need to improve the vetting before rides or ride at a better pace.
The grounds at the hotel were tatty and the sea view ruined by the litter in all the bushes.
The staff at the hotel were very rude especially the bar staff, not at all friendly and clearly didn’t want to be there.
Pool was nice enough, always enough sun beds, food and rink also ok, usual all inclusive stuff.

Not the quality experience I expected considering they charge more than other site for same hotels and similar bookings. Absurd trying to sell £3 headphones after a 6k+ holiday. The transferred included was also absurd, as flight got to Turkey 1am took nearly another 1hr for bags to come out and then was having to wait at the bus park for another 1hr waiting for other people going to other parts and other areas of analya to join the coach. This is with having 4yrs and 6yrs old on the trip. The booking did not also put our rooms next to each other despite being 4 kids on the booking. I won’t be booking with this firm in the future nor worth the premium they charge, only thing positive is cleaner plane than the likes of Ryan air and bigger baggage allowance which isn’t something that was needed.

Easy to use.

We asked one of the staff in the Shrewsbury store to find us a few holidays that suited our needs and budget .
We were sent 5 options by email and chose a holiday in Crete.
Turned out to be a fantastic hotel and we had a lovely holiday .
We enjoyed it so much that we are going back to the same place next year !
