Whatever you ordered, it’s coming on a slow boat from China. It Will take a very long time, much longer than they quoted. And if it doesn’t meet your standard, you’ll have to pay more than the cost of it, to send it back on another slow boat to China.

I ordered compression gloves to help…
I ordered compression gloves to help with pain I have in my hands. When the order arrived it wasn't the product I had ordered. The compression gloves finally arrived but were huge. Not at all a womans small. I had my son wear one on a hand that needed support and he broke out in hives with extreme swelling. These products don't appear to be safe for consumers. I would shop elsewhere. Also company claims to be Canadian but it appears that the products shipped directly from China.

I am a very active person; teach dancing, play pickle ball and hike. Unfortunately I had the misfortune to tearing my tendons around my knee. I ordered a knee brace and it was too small. I contacted ,We Relieve, and told them my issue. They sent me a larger size right away. The brace is excellent; great support, I can move more confidently and gives me the confidence to walk and move while it is healing. Excellent service! Highly recommend ! MF

Sent me defective product twice
Sent me defective product. Twice they said they would send me a new one. That was 6/14. It is now 7/8. Horrendous customer service. "Rohan" doesn't seem to know the first thing about customer service or how to get me a replacement.
*On 7/26 and I recieved a replacement and IT was also DEFECTIVE (sewn incorrectly) and I just threw it away and gave up the $35 because the company is a joke.

Do not trust these people! Received a product called Knee booster, paid $94 for 2 x pieces, such poor, appalling quality, does not do what it is advertised to do, a total scam. Asked for a refund, but they won't provide a return label, and will not refund shipping cost. I had to drop pursuing the matter as didnt want to waste another cent in vain. I should have checked the Trustpilot reviews before buying. So sick of such fraudsters selling shoddy products online!

I ordered a product almost 2 months ago and never received it (despite the 4-7 day shipping terms). After contacting the seller they told me "it will be there this week" for 3 weeks in a row and wouldn't refund me. Then they told me they would send another, which never happened. I finally had to go through my credit card to reverse the charges because they've been unresponsive and unhelpful.

Sleeves are ok but only two size choices and they blind you with science and affiliated doctors when in reality its just shipped from china, i paid £23 for one sleeve before finding the same product on amazon sold by neotech for £9.97 or a pair for £15 and you have a size guide of s m xl xxl so you order correctly. so all your doing is paying the postage from china for the same product and at more than twice the price!!! I purchased an ankle brace from you. I was told it was express delivery. Took over 10 days to arrive. Very poor quality made out of felt.no packaging just a plastic bag .No instructions with it . I would send it back but if it’s anything like there delivery I could probably wait months for a refund I would definitely not use this company again so buyers please be aware. there address is in London and Canada but stuff came from China
