It was a worst experience ever with insurance company .someone hit my car from back when I was stopped at signal and I provided all evidence like driving licence, pictures of car and text message from the hitter who offered me come to workshop for repairs but case handler after 5 months told me that bring a witness and I surprised that when I talked to her phone and asked which evidence I have where she accepted her mistake and offer me to fix up car privately so case handler answered me funny that I do not know .I think that it is big bad assets of tryg .now I handed my case to lawer against case handler and hitter.

I'm not able to handle your case from here, but i general when it comes to accidents involving cars, it's always a good idea to get contact information from witnesses - if possible. It's not up to the customers to accept the blame for an accident, that is something that the insurance company deals with, according to the law and witnesses.
I hope that your claim will be handled very soon, so that you can move on.

The worst insurance
If you would like to go through many many telephone calls per day with hearing no at the end for your cases I highly recommend tryg. Best to keep you away from work and waste your time.
For every possible need you might potentially have they have a great excuse to not cover your case.

I got a lot of calls the day after submitting the form. The employee took his time to help me out as I wasn’t aware of how insurances work. I could ask as many questions as I wanted and I have his contact information in case I have any further questions.

Just try something else
Services are quite bad. They can insure something that is not relevant for that specific insurance and tell you only after something happened that you are not eligible for payments. The site working just awful, not convenient, and always gives you an error/working badly. Not worth the money 100%

Pretty bad service
Pretty bad service. 20 years a customer and no better offer for insuring my car than most other insurance companies.

Continue to charge me for an insurance that was cancelled months ago.
Tryg continue to charge me for an insurance that was cancelled months ago.
They refuse to respond my multiple emails.
After calling Tryg, the operator siad I could sign up for a travel insurance and then cancel the next day and I would only be charged for the current month I used, no more. Instead, after cancelling, Tryg have done the opposite of what the operator told me and continue to charge me for 2-3 extra months after I cancelled.
They refuse to respond to my emails.
Pathetic service, never use Tryg!

Do not rely on TRYG
When we chose TRYG we did not chose the cheapest insurance Company. We chose one we thought would support us if we had a loss/accident.
TRYG totally failed!
We reported a broken cell phone on 15th June! 29th June we still do not have a phone and are expected to wait another 10 days.
Going on holiday tomorrow without a phone.
Do not need to mention how lost you are today without your phone as it is not even possible to make a simple bank transfer as it has to be approved by MIT ID on your smart phone.
So disappointing!
Please do not rely on this company as a trusted insurance partner!

I was in the Philippines many times and was robbed 2 times. I did not get any help but rather get a threat that they will record a conversation and I will only get anything after I get home to Norway. What is the purpose of a travel insurance then of I dont get help while traveling?

You explain that you didn't get anything after you got home to Norway. Since we here in Tryg Forsikring Danmark can't offer insurance to you if you live in Norway, i'm unsure if this review is placed correctly.
If you are insured with Tryg Forsikring Danmark, and you don't agree with the decision regarding your claim, i would recommend that you book a call from the claimsdepartment, so that they can explain further.
