The box is well packaged, does what it says as my cats get exited for the dilivery, yes after I've unpacked the food, they jump in the box, it does say warning if left unattended cats will jump in.

The only reason I have given you 3 stars, is because I was sorely disappointed in your customer support. The products vegetable slicer & shredder set are useless the shredder does not shred never mind how amazingly your “AI” video faked it and both peeler & shredder are too blunt to get through a courgette !!!

Items arrived on on Saturday 23rd May 26. Both units show rust on the blade and marks all over definitely not new. One of the shredders even has bits stuck in between handle and blade crevices. Handle is plastic and not wood as described.
Emailed customer service to arrange return and refund in full. Provided them with photos.

Returned for refund but had to pay £5 for the privilege that's money I lost so far. Nil customer service. The companies advertise items on tv channels, makes it look easy to use but they don't work. My advice, steer well clear and don't trust or buy from these companies. Be warned, stay alert a d please don't be conned like me!!!
