LIke the TV adverts, I can really trust a trader on this site
I remembered this platform from the tv adverts and never really thought I would need them as I assumed I would know plumbers through word of mouth, if ever needed. But when I needed one, I couldn't find anyone available through contacts and the plumber I found through this site, had a very easy way of a booking system and did the job well. This reinforces the message in the tv adverts that TrustATrader is a trusted source to go to for finding tradespeople. I would use this service again.

I joined trust a trader as a trader and…
I joined trust a trader as a trader and was very disappointed with there service. At the start they can’t be more helpful getting you to part with your money.
As soon as your onboard there is nothing, no calls, no jobs then you make a complaint and then miraculously you get a job or two come through.
Then to top it off they use your business to promote other traders and put them at the top of the page even though they have you as the trader in the advert.
I was so disappointed I told them to remove all my content even though it lost me money. For a company to do such a low and underhanded thing was very surprising and something I didn’t expect.
I didn’t get this kind of treatment from other well known companies.
