Good customer service but disappointing product .
Good customer service . Efficient and friendly. However the multi purpose wheelbarrow I purchased as a gift arrived with broken part . As part broken not able to be replaced another barrow quickly dispatched to me . This arrived with missing part and base dented . I returned both and have asked for refund which I am waiting for as am very upset and disappointed at quality of product . Not worth the £100.

Nothing went wrong this time. However, with a previous order, I was sent two incorrect items and was eventually told that the item I ordered was no longer available. I was promised a refund but this has still not arrived.
