We bought a rattan garden furniture set 2 weeks ago. Very impressed with the the price and very good quality,
We had one small problem, the settee was missing, we contacted the Company who responded the same day and even though it was the weekend and a bank holiday the item was received 3 days later.
Lovely staff, couldn’t have been more helpful and extremely polite. Very impressed and would definitely use again.

Quick and efficient well pleased and a good product

Delivery was good and fast (APC). Return collection was good and fast (D EX). Customer service was efficient, speedy and to the point. The product on this occasion did not live up to expectations. I ordered a teak outside folding oval table which when arrived was in such poor condition it appeared to have been used with a second hand look with many marks and scratches (not caused during delivery but signs of wear). The description online was not accurate. This was described as a folding table 120cmx70cm however it was actually 120cmx60cm and did not fold once assembled (not without unscrewing the bolts with tools). No replacement table offered and no explanation to the condition of the one received despite the numerous photographs I forwarded. However, happy to have received a refund but sadly a waste of time for either side. Thank you to Jason for your speedy e.mails and the refund.

This is the best, most prompt, most helpful company I have ever dealt with. This sounds unbelievable and it is. They were outstanding with a query I had and then providing the link for the spare part I required which was exact and very inexpensive. Just perfect.

It would be very useful if you would send items to the Channel Islands as I did have to have the item delivered to a family member in the Uk and then ask them to Post it on to the Channel Islands.
