Most of the time this company is great and i have no issues. However, the shipping dept doesn't seem to like to read my notes about using the smallest possible shipping containers, or any of the ways I'd like m y orders shipped. It rarely ever happens. And many times the costs of shipping are almost as equal as the cost of the items I ordered, sometimes more. absolutely ridiculous, IMHO. A very small business like myself cannot afford this a lot of the time.

We received some Erin Green Sunbrella with flaws that we were unable to cut around, sent photos, and have to ship the fabric back. While we got a label from Trivantage, it is a hassel. Especially since we have done business with Trivantage for years, and almost never make any claims, even when we could have multiple times.

I only use this company for odds & ends as they seem to make mistakes then I have to wait over 30 days to get my money back when they made the mistake and my funds are trapped till trivantage releases them. And it happened agin on this order……….. why???? Could it be the lack of caring about these customers!
