I ordered a child size triathlon suit for my grandson, and was very pleased with the product (even better, my grandson was very pleased!). It was good quality and came within the promised time window. Also this was the only company I could find to carry the product I was looking for.

Ordered the Garmin Forerunner 630 …
Ordered the Garmin Forerunner 630 bundle. Got both items in good condition, minus a dead battery in the heart rate monitor. I was able to contact Garmin and get free batteries shipped to my house. This set was sold on Trisports way cheaper than anywhere else. I even got a personal thank you written on my order confirmation and the shipping was fairly quick.

Purchased a bike travel case. It arrived damaged due to improper packing - the product box had been opened, the case removed, and then repacked improperly. The travel case was also missing the handles that are shown in the product picture. I submitted a reasonable review on trisport's site stating these issues but they chose not to publish it. Not a good overall experience with them.

Great experience. I ordered a bike pack. When it arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong item. Calling Tri-Sports was a pleasure. Even though the package had been opened, they accepted the return and waived any fees or postage. The correct item arrived on schedule -- couldn't have been better or more courteous.
