Thank you forever

Trisports.com has been a place of business for triathlon for years they not only supported the community but was active with it personally. My last purchase was an express to me for an A race and if they would not have sent me the part, I would not have been able to race. It is a very sad day when their doors closed.

Great customer service

Great customer service, mainly helping with compatibility and installation questions. Friendly in the store or through their website support. Highly recommend!

Pretty darn good

The sale price that they provided and 2 or more tires combined to me getting one tubular tire for $20.00. The shipping was fast, and I was pleased with the navigation ease of their website. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars was that they don't have the 25% off sale very often.

Great service!!

My experience was great! My CSR understood exactly what I was talking about, identified the part I needed, and explained how to use it better. What more could you ask for.

Shipping was faster than he said it would be, too.

Excellent experience

The process was quick and the email notifications were helpful. The order was filled within one day. A really nice touch was the handwritten note of thanks on the shipping invoice inside my order.
