I was disappointed in the lack on information provided following our claim
I had to chase every step of the way. I didnt provided all of the information but wasn't advised that until I chased to find out how the claim was going.

My payment was made very promptly and very impressed with the promptness of the service

I had to put a claim in for my bike gear that was either damaged in the accident or cut off by paramedics. I was late ringing about my claim due to being in hospital for nearly 3 weeks, but when I did the lady on the phone was so lovely. She sent over the forms I required told me there was no rush and not to worry.
On getting back home, I completed the forms, sent in everything that was asked for and within a few hours the claim was granted and the money was in my bank within 3 days. Could not fault the service at all. The last thing I needed after a very traumatic accident was hassle from insurance, my experience was far from hassle 100% recommend.

Adrian Flux had this Total Loss Protection policy on offer, I took this policy out. I was amazed the insurance company wrote my vehicle off after my accident, the damage did not seem that extensive. I received the offer from my insurance company in this case ERS. I contacted your staff to inform them of the situation, very quickly they acted upon the policy. Once the paper work was sorted out with ERS the payout was within a day. Excellent service. The TLP policy has allowed me to find another vehicle. The only thing I am a bit disappointed about is, I have insured my replacement vehicle and are unable to take out TLP until renewal next January. I would have hoped I could start again with a new policy, as my renewal is 6 months away. You never know what’s going to happen. I was very please with the policy and the way your company handled the situation. Thanks.

Great experience with Trinity Lane. Did the grownup thing and insured my excess for the first time in my life. Lo and behold, it was a smart choice as I had a prang and needed to claim. Primary insurers Ageas arranged a bodyshop repair and I paid them my excess of £500. Called Trinity Lane to find out what I needed to do to claim this back. One quick call, an email of the receipt and they paid me the £500 which landed in my bank with 48 hours. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

So easy to claim. So pleased I took out this excess cover. It saved me money on my premium to increase the excess and the worst happens so the excess repayment was very welcome.

To start with, I was surprised that I had to raise a separate claim to recover my excess and that this wasn't just automatically triggered along with the main claim. Feels like another money grabbing setup from an insurance company to me. Then they wouldn't accept my proof of payment for the excess. Again, why couldn't they see from the main claim that I had paid it?

It's a good job the repairing garage were great and after several attempts got me a proof of payment that the pedantic insurance company would accept.

A frustrating process that should have been automatically triggered without my involvement.
