Prompt service as ever - by Triflow!
Order placed Sunday 5 Jan 2025 for new valves to fix a dripping tap. According to Royal Mail tracking 'Sender has despatched item' at 13:44 Wednesday 8th which was received by the Royal Mail's National Parcel Hub at 16:44 on Friday 10 Jan. Then there was no further updates until it was delivered this morning Friday 17 Jan at 09:30.
I've no reason to change my view of Triflow as previous orders have always been promptly processed - by them!

Quick response on ordering
Order was placed online for a replacement filter cartridge, within a few minutes I received a phone call to advise that I had been inadvertently charged VAT and that it would be credited back to me.
I would have given 5 stars but at present the VAT refund has not been received.

Hello David, I am sorry you have not had a great experience. The Filter Housing Seal which you purchased is a bespoke product for Triflow hence the pricing. This seal required to be replaced every 2-3 years to avoid possible leaking.
Unfortunately the carriage charge is set through Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, we have tried cheaper options, however they were not as reliable and products became missing or damaged.
Our General Manager has tried to call you on your number saved on our database, unfortunately you were not available. If you would like to talk to him then please call on 0800 999 3959 to discuss your complaint further.

We have been using the triflow water…
We have been using the triflow water filter for 3 or more years now. It produces good tasting and clear water.
I find it useful that I get a reminder from the company when I need to change the filter and once ordered it arrives quickly.
