The home office was very clear when booking the service and paying for the parts needed. The engineer who visited the house was efficient and considerate.

I've had the Tri-flow system for many…

I've had the Tri-flow system for many years and recently had an upgrade to my filter. Expert advice over phone on fitting made simple. I had 5 of the original filter which they agreed to accept back and replace with the upgraded ones. I posted the parcel on Monday and on Tuesday the replacements were on the way to me. What a shame all companies don't have customer service this good.

We have just replaced one of our Triflow taps after 23 years and included the rinse tap. The filters are excellent and would recommend Triflow Concepts. Their customer service is great and a big thank you to Christine for her help and expertise.

We’ve looked into your order history and just wanted to clarify that the filter price hasn’t changed since your previous purchase in June — the difference is simply that your recent order contained two filters instead of one, which is why the total was higher.

Regarding delivery, our standard tracked shipping fee is fixed, and we do offer free delivery on orders over £100, as mentioned during your Web Chat. We understand that delivery costs can feel frustrating on smaller orders, and we appreciate your feedback.

Excellent Customer Service

Been dealing with them for 18+ years now and have found their customer service to be exemplary. I was advised of a Black Friday deal which whilst my product was on the list they still gave me a discount on the filters we required. My enquiry was sent over the weekend and by Monday lunch time the filters were in the post, well done Daniel.

So disappointed wanted to order a replacement filter…

I wanted to order a replacement filter for my 23 yr old filter system. Astonishing isn't it to have a tap and filter system functioning without a hiccup for so long. Over these years the filter company has managed to maintain the price of the produce within normal inflationary increases. However, on my latest attempt to order I was told that delivery of this £40 filter was now payable at almost £10. This delvery had previously been included in the £40 charge. How on earth can a company jump from inclusive delivery to £9.75. I am so disappointed. The latest notification from Triflow quoting £40 inclusive was dated August 2025.

Did not dispatch my order on time

First email indicted I would be told when my order was dispatched. This did not happen. However the order was delivered to me after 3 days.
