What’s customer service?
The company did not note on their site that there tires were on back order and I waited almost two months and would hear “two weeks out” every time I called. And that’s if they would even answer the phone!! On top of that, two of the four tires I got could not be balanced correctly due to them being bad and I have a bounce now because the company wants me to get paperwork from the tire shop and all this stuff instead of just sending four new tires that are actually good and take these back. “Made in America” used to mean something. Companies like this are ruining that.

I only had these tires 5 months and I had a bad blow out at 5am this morning. What is your policy for that?
I’ve never received my tires
I’ve never received my tires and can’t reach anyone by phone or email.
Waited over 6 weeks
Tires went “out of stock”. Nobody notified me of this. Went 3 weeks until I finally inquired and was told they were out of stock. Then at 6 weeks I asked for a refund. I’ve bought tires from Treadwright x 2 times before. 8 tires total. This would have been my 3rd purchase. However, I won’t be buying here again. Used priority tire, and received a full set in 2 days from time of purchase.

They charged my credit card the day after I placed the order. 60 days later, they still haven't shipped the tires and there has been zero updates from them.
I won't order again from them.

Bought 4 tires, first one went 550 miles and belts inside tire broke and had to be replaced. second tire lasted approximately 4000 miles, was seveely worn out and blew out. Third tire which replaced first tire currently has 10,000 miles on it and is worn to the wear marks, these are supposed to be 50,000 mile tires. Havent spent the money to mount the last one.
First Time Buyer
Ordered tires 7/25/2025 & STILL WAITING. Left numerous messages including emails & no response from Treadwright.
Great tire
I would have given them 5 stars but after I placed my order they had an issue with their warehouse and during that time it was almost impossible to reach anyone about shipping updates. They did reimburse me 10% which was appreciated. Once I recieved the tires they mounted and balanced perfectly. They ride well, not harsh. They track perfectly, I did do an alignment as well, and they look great. There is a little road noise but that is expected with an agressive tread pattern. So far I love them! I would definitely reccomend Treadwright!

My treads on the tires i received were not properly glued. They were loose and the shop refused to put them on my vehicle. I returned them via instructions given to me and have not received a refund.

Been waiting over a month for a defective tire to be replaced. (Waranty department already emailed an approval). And been waiting waiting for a tire to be shipped for over a month that I ordered to replace the defective tire while it seemed like the warranty was not going to be honored. Im hoping this is rectified soon or ill be filling in small claims court.

I originally ordered 4 tires for my son's truck. He loves them them! Not only the quality but how wonderful they look. Recently, he went on a trip and picked up a nail. So we are going to turn that into a spare once we get it plugged, and I just wanted to replace it. Thank you so much for these great tires. Sabrina
Great Warranty
Had an issue with one tire, it went bad within 200 miles, and the warranty was very easy and they were very helpful.
Worst customer service
So let me start with I have purchased and use treadwright tires in the past with no issues, this review is for their customer service and management. I had two orders, 4 of set of tires and 1 single for the spare. I had called and email after I spoke with the person the phone that they would ship out, this was pushed until jun 26th kept having excuse after excuse. Then I saw the tracking number only had 1 tire, I had attempted to call them they never answer emails or phone calls. The next week finally gotsomeone on the phone and told me they were return, am like I never received them nor the tracking was sent to me and another excuse they said the order was failed which doesn't make sense it was through affirm and it charged me. I had moved recently and in the past never had this issue, usually fast shipping and quick, thought it would come before I moved, would have just held it at FedEx location. The shipping rep told me someone will call me, they never did and as usual they never pick up the phone. Also the single tire shipped out was the wrong one, only thing the got right was the size, I ordered axiom and got Warren. They need to start changing their business because this is horrible service. Still waiting on a call.
Horrible customer service
I ordered my tires on February 9th, did not receive them until the April 30th. I was finally able to mount them in May and put 60 miles on them and a belt slipped or the tread separated. I tried calling several times with no one answering the phone. I emailed them on June 9th about the warranty and still haven't heard back, I have also tried calling several times and no one pucks up the phone.
Ongoing Warranty Issues and Lack of Response
Subject: Ongoing Warranty Issues and Lack of Response
Let me start by saying that I’ve been a loyal customer of Treadwright, having purchased four sets of tires over time without ever needing to make a warranty claim—until now.
With my most recent purchase, I opted for the Mud Lord all-terrain tires, hoping for a quieter ride compared to the Claw II. Unfortunately, this set has been nothing but trouble. I’ve had to contact Treadwright four times due to warranty issues with this specific set. The tread consistently separates after a relatively short period of use. So far, three out of the four original tires have gone bad, and now one of the replacements has also developed bulging tread.
During the first three incidents, it was difficult to get in touch with your team, but once contact was made, replacements were issued fairly quickly. However, this most recent issue has been extremely frustrating. I’ve received no response to multiple emails and phone calls. In fact, no one seems to answer unless I call from a new number, which is deeply concerning.
These tires are less than a year old, and the lack of support is unacceptable. It feels like my inquiries are being intentionally ignored in the hope that I’ll give up. As a previously satisfied customer, I’m extremely disappointed in how this warranty situation is being handled.
I hope someone from your team will address this issue promptly

Rough Start but Good to Go
The only gripe I have is that I had to wait over 5 weeks just to be told the Warden 2's I bought and paid for were not going to be in stock any time soon. I was talked into getting a set of Mud Lords instead. They shipped within a day and I received them in two. I got them mounted and balanced this past weekend and they look great, have very little road noise even at highway speeds, and they ride really well.
Amazing tires!
The ordering was painless, the shipping was quick, and the tires are awesome!
Absolutely horrible tires and company
Absolutely horrible tires and company. Almost wrecked my truck with 3 month old Treadwright tires on them that developed a bubble the size of a basketball. Contacted company 10+ times to get constantly hung up on and cursed at by some really interesting people. Check the Better Business Bureaus report on this sham of a business. They won't be around for long. Garbage top to bottom.
Tires showed up fast by FedEx
Tires showed up fast by FedEx. Quality was awesome. I did get someone to mount and balance locally and they are working out great.
