No need to be anxious……
First time using Travel Junction (or any other agency) and thought it all too good to be true. Very anxious when pressing the button to pay £4,500 for multi city business tickets. But hey, e-tickets turned up promptly and all showed up on airline websites.
Easily booked specific seats. Very pleased indeed.

Booked flights for a great price
Booked flights for a great price. Got confirmation from them following day. Only problem they used their email as the confirmation mail with Lufthansa so I was unable to book my seats and try for an upgrade. Took 4 calls and o er an hour with Lufthansa to sort. Otherwise good service.

flights booked 8 months ago, attempt to check in for flight to find it has been brought forward a day, with no contact from this company. Unable to give suitable alternative flight therefore booking was cancelled 48 hours prior to the flight. Advised refund would take 8 to 9 weeks? Out of pocket for replacement flights and poor communication from this company.
Now 7 weeks down the line they are claiming other admin fees need to be deducted from the refund. It appears the staff are unaware of what these admin fees are as we have been told different figures.
Distinct lack of interest and response to emails or telephone calls.
We were advised as soo as airline refund them then we would be refunded, seems not as they have been refunded and apparently charged an admin fee by the airline. Such a lack of honesty and transparency, so comlaint to atolit is.

I wouldn't trust you if I didn't have to
I bought "100% refund protection" only to not be able to get a refund for my flight. I will give it two stars because I presume they have indeed arranged for me to be able to fly home and not just run off with the other $800 of my money as well.
