Further from my last review on 8th June....
I am still waiting on a refund.
Flights were originally booked on October 2025.
We had to cancel at last minute due to schedule changes by the airline, in the January, which we were not notified of.
Originally advised 8 to 9 weeks to wait on a refund.
We are advised on the 29th July the full refund would be given, and they have since had "technical" difficulties between transferring funds back to the original card and now by bank transfer.
We have been advised since the 23rd June that they have received the funds from the airline but yet still withhold our refund.
Everything we are being told is a deflection tactic.
Roschelle the office manager is unable to let us speak to anyone in the finance team or anyone in a higher position than her and all she can do is apologise, which is of no use when were almost £1700 out of pocket.
I'm in the process of contacting the Ombudsman, press, and CEO of Flights and holidays UK (Harmeet Singh Sethi) to assist in resolving this as i'm getting nowhere with their "customer services"
Avoid this company at all costs.

TJ offered very competitive price. Very active and easy to make booking. No hassle. Even they change my ticket very promptly after getting my confirmation as flight timing changed.

Quick and convenient. Would just point out to prospective customers that be sure to go on the airline website eith the details on your Travel Junction "ticket" and cross-check your flight details + fill in necessary fields for your passport, luggage (if applicable) etc. This will help you make sure you are actually able to check in when the time comes.

Good price and didn't change as experienced elsewhere. I rang the helpline 2 days after booking to see what we needed to do with regards to booking seats etc and Nancy sorted everything out in a couple of minutes. Brilliant.
