Great service reliable and rates good. Only issue is if you live out of city have to pay $15 fee to PO which then makes rates not so good

Overall it was easy to order and delivery was fine. I would have liked better clarity when ordering because I didn’t know how the process would work and I probably could have had the money delivered to a post office nearer me. I thought I would need to get it delivered to Travelex office for better choice of denominations

Rates are quite good
Rates are quite good so I’ve been using travelex for sometime now buying various currencies depending on where we are traveling to. They usually try and give smaller denominations however this is not guaranteed. It would be good to be able to nominate preferences. Also lead time is a little long to pick up locally. It would be good to have a faster service.
