Easy online order process, average rates, no smaller notes
Easy online order process. I thought the exchange rate was good until I went to Hai zhan and they gave better rate in person. Plus no smaller denominations was annoying, hence the trip to Hai Ha.

The online ordering and pick up service was very easy to use and very efficient. 5 Stars! The person I collected from was friendly and informative. 5 Stars! My only disappointment, which I've contacted them privately about, was that I was given six of the same large denomination notes and nothing else. I was expecting a little bit of variety with at least some smaller notes to use on arrival. 1 Star!

Always Consider Travelex
Checked a variety of places for the best exchange rate and Travelex offered the best value at the time. I saved around $50 compared to the wise app.
Staff at the store were helpful and offered other products that I may have needed.
Would definitely recommend considering Travelex when comparing companies for the best bang for your buck.

The online process was painless and easy to get through, currency ordered arrived a lot earlier than advised, the communication via emails with follow up directions on payment and collection were prompt and easy to follow and understand. I would have liked better clarity when ordering because I didn’t know how the process would work and I probably could have had the money delivered to a post office nearer me. I thought I would need to get it delivered to Travelex office for better choice of denominations
