Careful if ordering last minute !
Forgot to order cash so completed last minute booking online as I left for airport . Got so-so rate.
When I arrived I was told there had to be a 4 hour window between order and collection which wasn’t obvious when I booked . Prepared to cancel but kindly the lady ‘sorted’ it for me .

Collection slip-up quickly resolved.
I ordered cash online, to be collected airside at the airport, as I usually do, but, this time, the order of collection points had been changed on the Web page - for no reason that I can fathom - and I didn't notice. My currency was therefore waiting for me "landside," while I was looking for it "airside." The reason for the good review is down to the agent who was working airside at Glasgow Airport around 10:00 on 18 June, 2026. He quickly and efficiently sorted things out, without me having to go back through security etc. He undoubtedly made the start of my trip a lot less stressful than it might otherwise have been, and is to be commended. Well done!

Nightmare
Nightmare. Days to respond and left with no funds while abroad. Had to take money from saving and accept charges for using. Would not talk to me because I didn’t have card number on me as I didn’t have my card. Put in request for contact 5 days ago. Was home by the time they decided to call.

Simplicity in the airport flying to Vietnam for the month easy. I had used the service previously for Thialand trip the exchange rate is good for the amount I change. All online very easy.
But make sure it’s the correct business as there are many that copy and scam!!

Everything is great and they are my go to for currency but it would be helpful if they could react to wishes about note denominations. €100 notes are not well received generally and smaller denominations preferred.
