Best place to get currency, easy collection
Travelex were super helpful when I realised I couldn't get small change in the currency needed for travel the day before we left. They reserved what I needed and had it waiting for me the morning we arrived at the airport. Their online service has a better exchange rate and they were able to advise me over the phone how much was in stock to order. It made a stressful situation easy! Thank you!

My first time purchasing foreign currency with Travelex. Excellent service - fast and simple.
Great communication and instructions to find the bureau.
I only needed 60 Swiss Francs whereas the minimum at my local high street exchange required a 200 Francs minimum.
Would definitely recommend.

Demanded money, wouldn't take it.
Long story short, they did not inform me my balance had gone overdue. I don't know how it had, but their paper trail adds up. Although I am reasonably certain we stuck to our daily budget.
After a very delayed notification to repay overdue balance, the app then would not let me make the payment. Today, I have received a legal CARS letter threatening legal action. Thankfully it has let me pay this supposed balance now, but my overall experience with Travelex has left me very sour. I'm not usually one for leaving reviews of any kind, but this one had me in a bad enough mood to make a point.

Always find travelex has the best rate out of usual suppliers. Easy to order and collect at the airport before heading off. Staff always friendly. Only improvement would be some smaller denominations. Giving lots of $100 and $50 not handy. More 5/10 better.

Good and fast delivery. But the bank charges too much triple than even the delivery.
Great you don't charge anything apart from delivery postage, and I paid more than what I need to exchange just need 300 but Travelx makes me paid over my limit. But good service and quick delivery as they said. Thank you
