Informatieve website. Snelle levering en goede telefonische communicatie over de levering. Super tevreden over de trampoline.

Quick and good service

The product is good quality and the same as in the product photos. The delivery was fast in 3 working days as promised. The plus point is I was called ahead of time to be informed about the exact time of delivery.

There are 5 parts in this review. Parts 1, 2 and 3 are related to the shop, parts 4 and 5 to the specific trampoline that I bought.

1. The purchase process
I like the website of Trampolineland and the information given on the website. The purchase process was quite alright and clear. The trampoline was not on stock when i paid for it but there was a clear date for availability. It actually became available much earlier. 5 Star.

2. The delivery
I was called to plan a date for delivery. The request was that I stay home from 07:00 to 19:00 which I found ridiculous! I guess a company should be able to plan the delivery better than that! But since due to Corona I worked from home that was alright. The day of delivery however the guy told me that there is no trampoline in the van!! They have loaded in the weekend and have forgotten my order!... mmm... And they would come next day.. which they came and delivered. Mistakes happen, but for not being able to plan, 3 starts!

3. The materials
The boxes were damaged. And even what is marked on the boxes about the model inside were contradictory. It seemed that boxes were opened and closed back up with tapes. I am still not sure what i got was what I ordered. The stairs I got is even from a different brand! But it works alright. 1 Star!!

4. The assembly
A trampoline is not a high tech product and it is pretty easy to assemble.. This depends on the type of trampoline of course. The one I got is Avyna. All went alright except a) putting the net rods (so tight could not be put together with 3 people helping) and b) tightening the net at the bottom (there are fixtures that are not needed and very confusing). The given manual is very unclear and unreadable. There is youtube video but exactly at these points the video stops and shows the page of the unreadable manual!! 2 starts!

5. The quality
This is something one has to judge overtime and not after 2 weeks of having a product. The construction seems solid so until now i have no doubt to distrust the information on the website about the quality. I see what happens after it stands outside during the winter.

Good guidance as we were there trying out the different trampolines.
Easy online order and the deliverance went smoothly just on time that was planned.

Perfect. De trampoline rand was er super snel.

Thank you for calling to let me know that the product I ordered was not available until next month and for giving me the option to choose a different colour. Good communication.

The overall of trampoline is good but two springs are not correct! And the cover delivered wrong. Hope it can be fixed soon.

Levering van de trampoline was super. De rand van de (ingegraven trampoline) was minder strak dan op de foto.
