As usual first class service. Ordered a number of items all of which arrived promtly. One part of station unit was damaged in post but was replaced within days. Excellent service.

easy to buy online
Emailed the company initially to see if they did e-gift cards and they directed me to do it online. Had some difficulty opening the actual link for some reason but got it done.
Needed the gift card quickly as it was for a friend but the gift card email whooshed into my inbox within seconds. Can't say fairer than that for service!
The friend was delighted with the present.
