When is Kato really Dapol
I thought I was buying 4 grey Kato, made in Japan, quality wagons. When they arrived they were 4 average grey wagons in a Dapol box with a Guagemaster label glued on. Any explanation, since your advert claims "exclusively Kato! ". AH.
After rapid response from Train Trax and using the wagons, I am happy with them and glad to update my bad-tempered review. 5 ⭐ for service.

The wagons are sold as an addition to the GM2000105 BR Industrial Freight Starter Set, which is a collaboration between Kato, Gaugemaster and Dapol. As such we sell them in addition to the train set which is a predominantly Kato product.
We apologize for the confusion, we will get the listing adjusted to more clearly indicate they are not a Kato product, but an addition to a Kato collaboration product.
We offer a no quibble returns policy should a product not meet your expectations, please contact us by email in such an event and we can arrange replacement or refund.
