Very helpful advisor prepared to spend time looking not only for the best financial deals but devising an itinerary with straightforward connections at civilised times. Having decided the where and how aspects, the actual booking process was easy. I left feeling confident that any future queries would be dealt with as efficiently, and it was so good to talk to an empathetic human, not a robot.

I have been a Trailfinders client for close to 20 years. I recently booked a holiday to Western Canada but was completely flumoxed while trying to get an eTA for Canada - the site kept telling you what to do, BUT didn't easily show where to find, complete and submit the application (with the C$7 fee). I must have tried 10 different ways!
Finally I rang Trailfinders and spoke to Matt at the Tunbridge Wells office. He carefully and patiently talked me through the whole process - I using my PC at home, and he using a PC in Trialfinders Offices. We succeeded together.
