Help beyond the pale
I have been a Trailfinders client for close to 20 years. I recently booked a holiday to Western Canada but was completely flumoxed while trying to get an eTA for Canada - the site kept telling you what to do, BUT didn't easily show where to find, complete and submit the application (with the C$7 fee). I must have tried 10 different ways!
Finally I rang Trailfinders and spoke to Matt at the Tunbridge Wells office. He carefully and patiently talked me through the whole process - I using my PC at home, and he using a PC in Trialfinders Offices. We succeeded together. A great experience
We only booked the holiday in Norway a few weeks before we left and Lisa organised everything. She booked a complicated itinerary quickly and with great care to meet all our wishes. She kept in contact and was always very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again.
