User ID: 197632. After 8 years of partnership, our account was suddenly paused, and we have been ignored by support for over 3 months. We simply want to continue working and earning together, but no one responds to our emails. It is disappointing to be treated this way after nearly a decade of cooperation.

I have waited over a year for my comission payout but i haven't got any response from anybody.

I requested the support to change my account to get paid for my commission of more than 5250 euros, but the support never answers, both the local support and the global. I have now waited for two weeks and are still waiting. Seems like they dont like to pay the commission.

TradeTracker promised an affiliate check as part of their service, but it was never carried out. Afterwards, they claimed it was "too much work." Misleading communication and no relevant affiliates for our niche. Not recommended for businesses that expect real quality and transparency.

This affiliate network is a fraud. They owe money to many Indian publishers but haven't paid for the last 4–5 years. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, they initially made false promises and have now stopped responding. Beware—do not work with this company!

totally scam, remove the banners, you'll never get paid

Got my exhaust done at turners garage redcar costing me £ 600 but when I go over uneven roads it makes a banging noise from the exhaust.
So I took it back in to get its mot and service and asked them to look at the exhaust, so I picked the car up said they did all of it even the exhaust was OK, but it was still banging. So I took it to another specialist exhaust garage to tell me there have put tie back ( wraps)on instead of proper rubber seal brackets not its going to cost me another £60 to get it sorted. Not happy with this.

2 outstanding invoices not paid for the last 6 months and being redirected to the Account Director Germany, no one (including him) has been reverting back for 4 months ! Not a serious way to do business nor to keep trust from websites who bring business and money in ! Moreover all the phone numbers don't dial .....

My first email requesting to change the business name on my account was answered after ±3 months. Then requested payment, which is supposed to happen on or close after the '1st of the month'. It's been 2 months almost, and nothing has been paid, and emails haven't been answered. Luckily it's only ±35 EUR. Went with them because of the the multi-touch attribution model + they have some good NL brands, but without getting paid there's no point in spending more time on my NL sites.

Tradetracker Italy is not paying commissions to its publishers many months after the advertisers have paid. To me, this is theft. Add to that the fact that Tradetracker Italy does not respond to its emails, basically seems to show that this is not the type of company you want to do business with. Try a more serious affiliate platform that will not steal your hard-earned money.

The fact that the company is not even replying to publishers' complaints on Trustpilot also seems to indicate that this policy is approved by the main company, and is not simply the fault of Tradetracker Italy.

I have been waiting for a commission payment for exactly one year. There is no phone number, no one answers emails.
Tradetracker is a scam! I do not recommend doing business with them.

Worst Ad network ever, avoid

From last 3 months my two payments are pending their team is worst and not giving a satisfactory reply a payment also pending from 1 year butt its still pending poor and scam services

It looks like scam! No trust in the service and contacts of this company.

Uk TradeTracker - tradetracker.co.uk - are they still trading? The evidence: no invoices paid for 6 months. Over 5k owing to us. Tradetracker's telephone number has been cut off. Email support consists of weekly response: "we have bank problem - we'll pay you next week" (for 20 weeks in a row). Could well be an automated email reply? My advice. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Telephones switched off in the UK and no-replies to email or support tickets!

Tradetrader is a fraud company, I am on publisher on the platform and have been trying to contact this company ( by email, phone, new tickets) for around 6 months but they are not responding. 

I have commissions of around Rs.10,000 in my account and I want to withdraw my money. 

I suggest guys, don't go with Tradetrader, they don't pay your earned money.
