So I want to say that all the staff were extremely helpful throughout my experience at the Gatwick, branch Trade Skills for you. The support was unreal and the office ladies were particularly nice and promptly sorted out any information I needed and helped me in all aspects of everything I needed in order to complete my courses I can proudly say that I completed everything With the help of the tutors there including my 18th edition and Inspection And Testing. It took me a few attempts to pass the Inspection And Testing but the rules were firm but fair I want to give a special thank you to the girls in the office who are not only helpful but very beautiful. I might add. Haha, great staff, great service and highly recommended.

The signing up process was quick and easy with Nikki Ross. She answered any question or concerns relating to the level 2, 3 and 18th edition course and I now look forward to starting very soon!

Barry at Gatwick centre was informative and professional with a hint of humour! Thank you to Barry for teaching me safe Isolation and Yuni for the introduction. See you both soon.

Professional, friendly staff in a good office with free tea, coffee, etc. I was there for three days to complete an 18th Editions Electrical Installation Regulations examination. Plenty of us on the course and everyone managed to pass the exam. So, that's a good indication of the training on offer here.

I completed the 2391-52 (Inspection & Testing) qualification with Trade Skills 4U at Coventry centre.
While the course content itself was acceptable, the administrative handling after completion was very poor.
My certificate was awarded on 27 March 2026, however I experienced repeated delays in receiving the hard copy. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was given several timelines which were not met. Each time I was told it would be sent “next week”, but no action was taken.
The issue was only resolved after I raised a formal complaint and escalated the matter, including involving City & Guilds. Only at that point was the certificate finally dispatched.
This qualification is important for employment, and delays like this can directly impact someone’s ability to work. This level of administration is not acceptable for a training provider.
I would strongly recommend that Trade Skills 4U improve their internal processes, communication, and accountability when handling certification.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Richie Welsh was excellent throughout—friendly, approachable, and always available when I needed support. He made the whole process straightforward and stress-free, explaining everything so clearly and simply that I only wish I’d done it much sooner.

lessons easy to follow. instructors patient and helpful,
never felt rushed for time.E-learning content easy to engage with and mock tests very useful. Some of the boards and equipment for erecting the circuits are a bit worn out. Overall a good experience.

all communications from start very clear and precise, the course was laid out very well and assessor was excellent in what was required from myself to complete nvq.

I have recently completed training with Trade Skills 4 U and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. I would especially like to mention Gareth Owen for the ongoing support throughout my training. Gareth Owen was extremely understanding, very helpful, and provided clear guidance when it came to collecting my evidence and ensuring everything was completed correctly.I really appreciated that there was no pressure to complete the courses but of course have a time frame, whether online or at the centre, which made the whole process far more manageable and supportive. I have been with Trade Skills 4 U from the beginning of my journey and will definitely continue to use the Coventry centre for further development. An amazing team from the very start — highly recommended.

Overall experience of the 2346 EWA NvQ absolutely phenomenal.
Could not fault Richie W (Assessor) in the slightest, quick to respond to any questions, as soon as I uploaded my evidence he would review it and send a follow up email telling me what I had to do, had 1 an issue called him and he sorted it out there and then for me.
Only constructive feedback back would be:
• More communication by TS4U at the initial stages, with a rough timeline of when my next stage would be advantageous.
• A singed off email from TS4U would be nice as well, as Richie has messaged saying I’m all done and my certificate will be coming to me, but iv had nothing off TS4U other than this “Please Review” email
Other than that would highly recommend

A clear, straight forward experience on the experienced worker NVQ thanks to Richie Welsh. That man is a credit to the company. He had a fantastic approach to assisting me in gathering the correct evidence and uploading it to folio.
Thanks Richie!

Very well delivered course. Even though there is a lot of information to take in it never seemed overwhelming. Assessor was very good at explaining how and why the information given was relevant. Few too many dad jokes though
