From start to finish everyone has been amazing! So friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me and I was given opportunities to ask questions if I wasn’t sure of something. The space is nice and clean while you’re waiting too. I would highly recommend purchasing from Trade Centre Uk Wednesbury.

I got into the dealer as soon as a web special deal was put on their website. The car wasn't even ready to display, and I was literally the only customer in the dealer. Then they forced me to buy an "optional" premium protection pack, when I said no, they refused to sell the car to me saying that it's now sold.. not kidding.

That's how corporate, customer-focused they are...

So simply stay away from "scam" ads on their website. They are only sold to whoever they wish.

This company is a joke we got a car from there just over a year ago now and ever since day 1 we have had a lot of trouble especially with the gearbox it’s been back into trade centre several times now to have it rectified and on every occasion they say they cannot find a fault basically calling us a liar so we decided to get our finance company and the financial ombudsmen involved who decided to send out their own independant assessor to read fault codes and low and behold they found it straight away! Called the trade centre up as instructed by the financial ombudsmen and booked it in specially for a gear box repair it’s been in again finally got a courtesy car this time not that it was road worthy it’s terrible and smells horrific but it’s a car and I am thankful to keep me mobile but they called shortly after dropping the car off around 5 hours later they called to say the car can be picked back up no repairs as there is no fault even though we have now caught them out Via our Dekra report which shows in black and white the fault is prominent yet they are still saying no fault the staff on the phone are terrible can never get in touch with anyone and very unhelpful when we arrived at 9am there was a queue at after sales we thought maybe they were just booking services or something but no having spoken to a few they are all suffering from faults with their vehicles I was astonished we are now going down the line of rejection via our finance for the trade centre to have the car back we have good grounds for that now but please please be vigilant when buying a car from these guys would hate for anyone else get ripped off with a car that’s full of faults.

Awful experience

Worst of the worst, unfortunately we did not see any of the reported issues or the BB?C news report on the problems faced by many customers.

Our experience:
Sales - vehicle finance cost went up after we declined their extended warranty - should have declined and walked away!

But car was bought - next day issue with a tyre pressure warning light, could not add air as the valve was blocked or faulty!

Two days later other warning lights, Service due and Oil pressure added to the dash board plus a concern about the steering (rattle & shakes) - had vehicle checked at a local garage added a suspension concern and confirmed the faulty TYRE valve

Contacted Aftersales (A call centre with lovely people who do not appear to be a part of Trade Centre UK who take calls and pass the details on to the various sites) - they could not fit car in to service centre for FOUR weeks. had to wait!

Vehicle returned to Trade Centre as agreed - after lots of phone calls to them (not many returned despite promises to call with updates), FOUR WEEKS later, picked up the car with One fault sorted No other faults found! Tyre valve still faulty, showed a staff member who took the car in, returned an hour later with the valve sorted, no information on what the issue was!

One week on still having warning lights flashing up, still have concerns about the vehicle!

Next step - Consumer Right - reject the vehicle and return it to the finance company, Trading Standards and try to contact BBC to add to the list of very unhappy customers.

After spending time in the Trade Centre UK, Aftersales and meeting lots of people with very similar stories, plus BBC report and other information seen - My Advice is - If YOU want a new car DO NOT GO TO THE TRADE CENTRE UK!

Well looked after as we arrived dean was very welcoming and very helpful and patient and nafees Iqbal was very helpful and efficient and Leah very good at what she does the whole process and service was very good couldn’t fault it

Staff were lovely, helpful and it didn't feel pressured. I had 3 children with me and the process takes hours, there should be refreshments available once you have committed to a sale that are free. Vending machines charging £1.85 for a small water, and same for a chocolate bar isn't acceptable for the amount of time you need to be there.

All staff were amazing especially Leah who dealt with the finances thank you all so much

Were lied to about the vehicle having turbo when i later found out it wasnt. It were just before closing time and everything i asked i got the answer i wanted to hear. Then the vehicle had multiple issues and i got no support from the team. I ended up part exing the vehicle and losing out on thousands of pounds for nothing!!
