Staff have been really helpful and supportive in helping us get a new car. They have listened to everything we've had to say and taken that on board during the process. It was a smooth process from start to finish. We have spent a good few hours at the trade centre.

We brought a 2020 car 🚗 from here. A full electric mg ev First we had to wait nearly 5 hours for them to complete the paperwork. When we took it home the car wouldn’t charge and one car key wouldn’t work. We tried for nearly two weeks to get it sorted out. In the end we had to get mg to sort it out for us. This is the worst garage I’ve ever seen. Will never come back here. Or recommend anyone else to get a car from. Very bad experience hi just an update to what I wrote and trying to explain that since we bought the car it has been on our yard as we can’t charge it because charging point on the car is defective. The sent a key engineer over to fix the spare key instead he has messed the one that was working. Now both keys don’t work. We had the car now for nearly 4 weeks and haven’t been able to use it. No help whatsoever from the after care team. My grandmother could have done a better job.
