Ordered case. It never came.
This company is clearly a dodgy money grabbing front. They don’t deliver on orders. They don’t respond to emails or messages.
They don’t ship the goods ordered and compared to other companies are very expensive so you expect a high level of customer support.
They have zero customer support.
I will be looking in to reporting them to ACCC and the police to retrieve money that was paid but no product delivered.

I recieved my case and the glass screen had been cracked through delivery. I have sent many emails over three weeks now and still no reply to refund my money.
Communication is poor.
Do not recommend

Purchased two items, nowhere to apply the 10% discount, no tracking number supplied, nine days later still no communication from the business. Have emailed several times, no response. Have requested a refund.

AVOID
I ordered a case nearly a week ago with $18 express shipping and my item still hasn't been shipped, still has a status of order placed.
No communication from the company after a few civilised emails at this point I think I've lost my $80.
Like others I didn't read reviews before a purchase but from now on I will always look into it

I hope this helps anyone out there whose curious and don't wanna lose money, im a one income house hold so losing 2 hours pay hurts!

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, refuse to give me a refund

Purchased an Apple Watch case for $72 which stayed “extremely durable, high quality material” and after 2 weeks and no tracking it arrived and feels like a $10 kids toy.

2 weeks later, no tracking number, no order number and no response to my emails.

Worst phone case for my fold 3.
I've had another brand previously and for the same price, sooo dissatisfied.
Company saying there in Australia, definitely not and Asian crap
Case does not fit my phone properly.
Not worth the $62 I paid for it.

Misleading / false marketing that will be presented to Fair trading Qld.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Waited 2months for my products and i still have yet to receive them. Wish i had read these reviews beforehand about the cheap knockoffs

Purchased a case and after no contact for 3 weeks asked for an update, was sent an email saying it was with Aust Post with a priority express service.....4 weeks to get is not priority....you took my money the same day....Poor service and not likely to come back

Ordered a phone case a week ago. Money came out of my account and no shipping details were sent. Contacted company via email. No response yet. Website now appears to be shut down.

Bought a boss series iPhone 14 case - supposed to be super protective. Crack on screen second day of use. The lips of their cases are not made of soft rubber and are less than the usual 1.5mm used for more durable phone cases (like Otter Box). Suggest avoid

Phone still broke on the corner from a short fall. You can't use your phone to pay because of the case. The magnet to attach isn't strong enough and keeps falling off and turning sideways.
