I just received a phone call

I just received a phone call thanking me for my support. Apparently they claim to have spoken to me last October. I did not have this call at all. They checked my address and it was wrong. But she insisted that she had spoken to me and also sent me an email. I do not delete emails and I do not have one. She said I had asked for her website. I never ask for peoples website. Anyway whilst this was going on my partner checked them and found this to be a scam. I confronted her with this and she denied it. It has been left that she is going to send me in the post a copy of an email and contact me again. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

This is a scam company. Do not do business with them. Do not respond to emails or letters. They will attempt to extort money for a fictitious sponsorship agreement to allegedly publish education leaflets, which are hopelessly poorly produced.
I have contacted the Financial Conduct Authority this morning about them.

Avoid this lot - Scam

Avoid this lot. I was busy and in a noisy area. They wanted card details, for the £20 discount, so I said send me the invoice and took time to look into it. I thought it was odd as I am involved in other things but had no recollection of agreeing to this. So avoid as it's a scam.

They sent the supposed 'book'. Business Secret's of the Pharos from Peep Show springs to mind! Spelling errors and clip art galore. Stapled together in someones spare room. Do not be fooled!

Anti-bullying leaftlet campaign - EWS

I've had this call this morning, with the same script as the other reviewers, although they didn't mention a discount for early payment - perhaps they've read the reviews and realise that it's a red flag!
It's very easy to be seduced into agreeing to this transaction - it's for a modest amount and you can, allegedly, set it against profits as a charitable donation.
It was the lack of any email trail that made me suspicious. I could well imagine agreeing in principle to the scheme, but would have expected an email follow up with details. I asked her to send some information to my work address, but I'm not holding my breath.

Avoid this scam

This company seems to operate a complete scam. My husband said yes to one payment to provide booklets for schools which we try to support in our area. He was then asked to make 3 further payments because they said he had agreed to 4 when he did the first one. When I contacted them for the invoices they sent an email with 4 separate invoice numbers but no invoices were attached. Each payment made to them was for £349 so please don't fall into this trap !!!

Absolute Scammers

STAY WELL CLEAR AND DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!! This lot are total scammers and keep coming back for more and the Leaflets are certainly not worth the money. They will pester you relentlessly and make out that you agreed to more and more. If they call just put the phone down.

Scam - fake company - fake invoicing + calls

Like many others, I almost got scammed by this lot.
Friendly call, then a surprise proforma invoice sent out for £230+

I checked online and thankfully found all the other posts about this company.

If they do send an invoice don't be bullied into paying. It is only a proforma they send out so you just reject and do not accept it from them and tell them to stop contacting you.

Thanks for the other posts out there as I almost made the mistake of paying. very sneaky call and business operation.

Scam, beware

As previously mentioned. They appear to be a hard sell and polished in the way they engage with you. I fell for it in the last 2 years and have just realised I was being scammed, after reading these reviews. Thankfully I did not make a payment this year.

Don’t answer the phone…….

Just had a call with these people who claimed I’d signed up, no I absolutely didn’t I had managed to avoid the first 15 calls and only answered this one as it was 07366 905181 and it could have been a customer so I answered m, I explained I was in the cattery with animals and she still kept talking about thanking me and explaining about the book. I then received an email with a bill attached I’ve not opened it just replied saying I’m not paying, it all happened so fast and as I say I was in with the cats so not tea focusing on the phone call till after. Avoid avoid avoid - very clever but appalling they’re using children to do it.

A well organised Scam!!! Avoid and spread the word.

Received a call from a well spoken British person at the other end stating that I had agreed with them few months ago to give donation for books to a local school. I couldn't remember but since I had visited few exhibitions and did sign up for few calls, I thought it might be that. However when further into conversations they said that I will have to pay £249 for the books and if I pay now, will get discount of £20 as no storage, etc. That's when I got definitely suspicious so I told that will pay the full price but will have to think for some other day, please send me the sample to see. To my surprise I did receive a sample book with my company's name printed at the back cover and a letter with Thanks you and payment details etc. On the surface it seemed very legit, as the company is registered but I dug a bit deeper as the registered address was by a virtual address provider and the director has no history I could find. The company registration is quite new as well and then I landed here + FB which just confirmed that this one is a very well organised scam.

Definitely avoid, and please put in a review if you have come across this as well. The scammers are getting very good and only more reviews/info about these type of scams can help people.
