Their customer service is top tier, communication is excellent and their delivery time is quick. Honestly the quality of their bags is just amazing the attention to detail is great, they definately had me their customer in mind. I will keep purchasing from them because I can’t get enough of their quality bags.

I lovevmy handbags and shop far and wide. I have to say the quality of the bags made by totes luxe is unparalleled. The bags look like they would cost thousands. Also the customer service is top notch. Great company great team and most of all fantastic quality bags.

I bought Milan bag and really happy with it. Great size (24cm), the quality is great, practical and it looks lovely. Everyone notices it, even the shop assistant (male) in local Londis, which I thought it was cute. I read different reviews, but I must say that my experience is good, that the arrival time was a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. I just love my bag. It's beautiful, it's sturdy, it is practical and safe to walk around London.

Ordered a few bags now and was keen to try the full grain leather. Obsessed. Super soft and looks top quality!

Absolute fantastic experience, the bag is such high quality, the customer service is fantastic, I emailed customer service for next day delivery and they delivered it the following day, I will be buying more bags from tote luxe.

Love the quality. Great buy for the money. Only thing I can say is, the update is always late. In their website, you'll have to wait 3-5 days before the bag will be sent, but it took 2weeks to 1 month before I heard from them again. But no complaints about the quality of the bag.

I have bought 2 bags from this company. They are both beautiful, I love them.
When I ordered the second one they forgot to send the free scarves, I contacted them the next day and they were delivered 4 days later.

I'm so happy with my bags that I've now ordered 4 in 2 months time. They take usually take a bit longer than the 3-10 working days to be delivered, but they're so worth the wait. Love love love the Chelsea bag (my 2nd one is on the way), also the Milan bag is amazing!!

BEWARE!The bags are NOT REAL LEATHER as advertised on the website, it is faux leather and very stiff. To sell faux leather bags for the price they do is outrageous!It feels like a SCAM to me!
No problem to return, BUT you have to contact them first and wait for approval PLUS pay for recorded delivery yourself! I would never purchase the bag if I knew that the bags are NOT REAL LEATHER.Waisted my time and money.Avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed!

Beautiful quality and craftsmanship of these bags (I got 2 different styles) stylish and look like they cost thousands, 5* luxury look
Only downside was they were bought for my Xmas pressies and were ordered on 12/12 bit didn’t arrive till 28/12

Loved the bag I bought when it arrived! Exactly as the picture and it came pretty fast too! All communication was efficient and buying from them was genuinely a pleasant experience! I highly recommend!!!

I received the London bag ash colour standard size as a Christmas gift along with the orange standard London bag. As it was Black Friday when they were ordered, I received several extra free gifts. A cotton tote bag two twillie scarves and a bag charm. What a lovely suprise. The bags are really good quality and arrived on time. Would order again from them.

Recently got the Chelsea bag in grey, and it is a really gorgeous warm grey colour. Its amazing quality and will be buying another one in a different colour. I had a slight hiccup with my order but the customer service was outstanding and they responded / sorted any issues immediately. Cant wait to order with them again! 🙂

I had to write a review because this blue bag is STUNNING. I receive compliments everywhere I go. The bag matches every outfit perfectly. The quality is amazing and unmatched—I have a few designer bags where the quality is far worse. I've also got two scarves from them and they fit perfectly with the bag.

Great service and absolutely love my London bag in black with choice if 2 straps. I can dress it up and down. Love it sooo much I have ordered another in brown and hoping to add to my collection. I have had lots of comments while at shopping and my sisters and daughter love it x

I received my Chelsea bag this evening, and I'm very impressed with everything about it. The quality is excellent and the bag looks absolutely stunning! I can't wait for morning as intend wearing it to the office to show it off.
