I expected more organization. I paid for a two day resume turn around. I filled out all questionaires in the requested time. however, I was not paired with a write on time. I was met with excuses as to why the service I paid extra for was not met. I was also not initially offered a refund or extra services as compensation for this error.

I have not seen the results the service boasts about. I have not been offered my money back either as is their guarantee. The interview prep was helpful but impersonal.

Overall, I believe the service has the right idea but needs to make several adjustments to customers of a Covid world.

I found these video practice interviews to be very helpful for improving my confidence and learning what interviewers expect to hear.

By reading the reviews, it looked like a promising investment. I bought the intermediate package 3 days ago and so far I have not been contacted by anyone, despite the fact the they mention that I would be contacted within the next business day. I started receiving promotional emails instead, and offers to have my resume written for $35 in the next 24 hours. I sent a message to their customer service, asking about the process, to which they replied saying that I had not sent my resume, but I was never asked to send a resume in the first place. The email came from "topresume.com", then I asked again for more information on the process and it's been 2 days without any reply. I tried to called them and waited for 13 minutes listening to an automatic message saying that they have a "high volume of calls" and it could take long until someone could pick up my call. All VERY disappointing. Now I'm trying to get my money back, and there is no response either. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Nick helped me out with 3 sessions and he is so personally and professional. He has helped me tremendously the way I will respond during interviews. I have recommended this company to my friends and past colleagues.

I thought that I had already submitted this review. I apologize for the delay if I had not! Kyla D's assistance with interview strategy and preparation was pure gold. Of all the job search services I employed, her assistance was, by far, the most valuable. Career shifting during a pandemic has proven more stressful than I anticipated, and my head was not in an ideal space for the task. In a brief and highly efficient consult, Kyla was able to shift my perspective to a more positive and healthy viewpoint. She also is keenly insightful and observant. She perceived immediately that I would be the personality type to undercut my successes. She also helped me overcome my jitters and strategize ways to make interview conversations comfortable and fun, which offers a far better experience for interviewers too! I have recommended her to several friends already, and I hope that others will benefit from her expertise the way that I have.

Mary was my interviewer and she was amazing. Not only did she do a mock interview for the position I was seeking, but she was also so flexible. On the first call, I had tons of issues with internet we had to reschedule.
She created the interview so professionally, I believed I was interviewing for the actual position.
Her comments and feedback not only provided me insights, they gave me additional confidence.

My interview was very helpful! I was offered the job, but didn’t accept it due to the pandemic. My interviewer was very professional and gave great advice. My only complaint is that I don’t have access to my recorded interview. I guess the link to the recorded Zoom meeting expires after some time, but I need it for future reference.

Nick was well prepared, forthright, insightful, and great to work with. I was nervous at first to use TopInterview, but the preparation I received by working with Nick made all the different and I landed an executive position!

Their "professional" writer literally just scrambled up my resume and added in phrases that made absolutely no sense - for example added the phrase "and increased profitability" to several lines when the role was with a non-profit. I ended up putting well over 20 comments onto the resume for feedback, mostly just calling our grammatical errors, redundancies, nonsensical edits, and their addition of unsubstantiated claims. That doesn't even touch the stylistic issue - it read like it was written in another language and run through Google translate. The first draft was so bad that I don't even want to try the 2nd draft - what's the point if I have to re-write the whole thing for them?
