Puglian Adventure
A fabulous trip to Puglia made all the more memorable by the amazing Stefano. His care and guidance were so much appreciated and done with such ease. Would highly recommend this trip especially if Stefano is your guide.

We had a wonderful holiday going with Topflight. Our hotel was excellently located however the food was disappointing and we would rate it 3 star and definitely not 4 star. Our guide Alice was lovely and very helpful.

Sorrento with Topflight
Our experience with Topflight on our holiday to Sorrento was top class.
Hotel Astoria was all we expected. Really enjoyed the excursions with well informed guides .
Wendy who looked after us was a lady , so helpful and informative and a really nice touch was the bottle of prosecco with glasses left into our room to help us celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.

As ever fantastic holiday resort was 5star in our books. The only downside was we were unable to pre book our seats and luggage onto the flight.

We’re sorry to hear that the inability to pre-book seats impacted your overall score. As this particular flight operates as part of a group booking with the airline, unfortunately we do not have the facility to pre-book specific seats in advance.
In terms of luggage, a 20kg checked bag is included as standard with your Topflight package. Your 10kg hand luggage allowance is also included, although this is checked into the hold at the airport at no additional charge.
We hope this helps to clarify the arrangements and, most importantly, we’re very pleased to hear that you had such an enjoyable holiday with us.

Fabulous week in St Johann
We had a wonderful week in St Johann, Austrian Tyrol. We were highly impressed with Topflight as a Tour Operator. Everything from the online booking to our return home was a trouble free experience. The online booking was very easy to input. All the information we received prior to the holiday & during the holiday was most informative, accurate & easy to follow. Our tour guide was most attentive, knowledgeable , courteous, friendly & available if required. We had an excellent tour guide on our trips. The hotel was excellent, our trip destinations wonderful, nicely spaced out with our free days. Lots of suggestions on what to do when not on an excursion. All information was provided before it was needed & we had very few queries about anything. I have gone on many escorted tours & was so impressed with Topflight. I would highly recommend a tour with them. Also found it great value for all that was included in the trip 10/10

The Topflight Holiday company is a customer focused organisation provided excellent customer…
Topflight provided excellent customer service before, during and after our holiday.
The resort managers were contactable almost 24/7 and extremely knowledgeable.
The hotel Bristol lived up to the on-line descriptions and comments, a wonderful establishment.
Unfortunately our experience with Naples airport, on arrival, was a complete chaotic shambles, and our experience there for the departure home flight wasn't much better. That may put us of any holiday that uses Naples airport.

Speechless
We travelled to Sorrento . We had the fabulous Wendy all throughout the holiday .
Wendy was incredible and really looked after us 24 hours a day .

Our holiday destination in Italy was…
Our holiday destination in Italy was excellent however, I would recommend Topflight show more compassion and goodwill to allow for exceptional circumstances. Approximately 15 days before our departure, we had a close family bereavement abroad which resulted in the repatriation process taking due process and the funeral clashing on the day of our departure. We contacted Topflight to explain the situation and they showed no flexibility or compassion about changing the departure date or good will of any kind. As a result, we had to pay for new flights and transfer and we lost 2 days of our holiday. Now, they will argue that travel insurance helps in this situation but compared to other holiday companies, their customer care was very poor in this situation. Other companies are willing to be more flexible and show some goodwill whereas Topflight were very brutal and cold in their approach which added to an already extremely stressful situation.

We are also very sorry that you felt we did not show the level of compassion or understanding you expected when you contacted us. It would never be our intention to add to the upset of an already very difficult situation.
Unfortunately, with your holiday due to depart in less than two weeks, flights, accommodation and transfers had already been confirmed with our suppliers. At this late stage, our ability to make changes without significant additional costs was very limited. We appreciate how disappointing this was, particularly given the exceptional circumstances and we’re sorry that the options available to us were so limited.
We are pleased to hear that, despite such a difficult start and losing two days of your holiday, you found your destination in Italy excellent.

I found the staff really friendly and helpful. The holiday was completely stress free from the moment we got off the plane and was greeted by our Topflight representative. The tours were amazing and easy to book.
