A very strange outfit. They claim to have medical professionals but they are very cagy about access to them. Every email is signed by Dr. [firstname] only. Nobody ever states who they are. It is also not possible to speak to any medical professional on the phone, only via email. It is just very very strange behaviour and absolutely unprofessional. A very untrustworthy outfit.

Very helpful, quick and easy to use

Had such a lovely visit to the tooth fairy office! Claudia and the lovely assistant were wonderful. Love the uniforms. They answered all my questions and were completely unfazed by them. I had many of them. I really appreciate their care and professionalism!
The receptionist on the first floor was nice and lovely too.
The office is really pretty.

So far I've only met very nice and peasant staff. They were also very accommodating when I had to change my appointment to earlier hour. Very recommended

Everyone made me feel really comfortable during the whole process, I am scared of the dentist but they talked me through everything and reassured me throughout.

Dr shazray was very helpful with giving me advise about the infection in my tooth and even prescribed me some stronger medication to help with the pain until my dental appointment. Would definitely recommend this service

My first review appointment was today after 2 weeks wearing my aligners. Dr Momajira was a very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, gave advice and helped with the process.

Firstly, Sabah was very pleasant to talk to.

Secondly, she was efficient in her call: she allowed me time to respond, ensured my needs were met and my questions answered. All while keeping the call short, she didn't waste my time at all.

Lastly, she wasn't trying to sell anything either, rather, she was very professional and made sure the call was a consultation, focusing on needs, and nothing else.

I had an amazing experience with Toothfairy. Everybody was really nice. The consultation was good. My teeth are straight now. I’ve got the results that I wanted.

Quick and helpful advice from Dr. Cosmin. I was able to get a prescription with ease but the questions asked were the right level of thoroughness to identify the issue.
