I ordered a Bosch EASYGRASSCUT Grass Trimmer on 13/04/26 which arrived in perfect condition next day (14th).
The price was very good (less expensive than the 'river trader') so much so I could afford to buy the 260mm model instead of the 230mm - and this included shipping. The ordering process was very straightforward and communication from Tooled-Up and DHL was excellent. I received regular updates regarding my order status and delivery schedule, complete with a tracking number.
A very satisfying shopping experience and I will certainly shop with Tooled-Up again should I be looking to purchase tools or garden equipment.

Very impressed with this company, who I had never used before - I needed to urgently replace my existing mower and already had batteries. This was exactly the model I wanted, the ordering was very straightforward and the price very fair. Was delivered a couple of days later and is perfect. The products that I bought were being sold at a competitive price. The delivery was very quick by Royal Mail. Ordered on Friday evening and delivered on Sunday. Parcel was well packed.

This item arrived having been on back order. This company kept me fully up to date on the progress of the item.
Eventually arriving well packaged and on the date I was aware of through the superb tracking. Keeping customers informed,particularly in a situation like this, is so important. This company certainly achieved this.

Ordering my Einhell Cordless Scarifier from Tooled-Up was very easy and everything ran flawlessly. I placed the order on 6th march 2026, it was picked and packed on the same day, an invoice was received on the 7th March and it was delivered on 9th march by DHL.
I didn't unpack it until late on 11th march and found everything in order except for the fact that one washer was missing. I telephoned Tooled-Up on 12th and sent details via email as requested. I have received a washer plus spare today (13th). Very impressed.
Tooled-Up have kept me informed of every step along the way, right from the initial order.
I am very happy with the Scarifier and the Company and would not hesitate to use them again
