My experience with them was not…
My experience with them was not reliable at all. I recently bought a drill with two batteries and a separate case, which I paid for separately. After a week, the drill arrived, but the case was missing. I received no apology or notification to say that the case was out of stock.
I then emailed and contacted them several times before they finally replied and apologised, saying the case was unavailable and would be sent once it was back in stock. I then had to wait more than 15 days before they finally sent it.
I was not happy with my experience. I believe you should be more honest and transparent with your customers, especially when an item is out of stock or delayed.
