When you order a rack server with *included* hot swap hard disk and you order some spare hdd caddy for your own use, they will use them (the extra caddies paid by you) to install the *included* drives. Unbelievable, they will not answer to your claim, will never order again. They suck.

Ordered a couple of SSD drives, parcel was lost. Customer support initially said they were waiting for UPS claim, then stopped answering after more than one month. No refund. Will bring them to court.

I placed an order on their website, and once again shipping was delayed. After waiting over a week, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. When I looked up the product listing, the price had been increased by about 300%. Because of this, my server has been unable to run for two weeks. I’d strongly suggest buying from a different site, even if you pay slightly more

Not recommended.
Delays with shipping and better hope what they send is what you ordered. If not and you have to communicate with them for warranty good luck to you. Slow or no reply unless you push them (talking about weeks, not hours or days) and in the end they pretty much tell you that they won't right their mistake. Never buying from them again.

I have been waiting two months for a replacement part that I bought new. I have a high availability server without the controller because they have not sent it to me. The salesperson does not respond to emails. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered a server, but 7 parts where missing (which where shown/specified in the product advertisement). Misleading information. Trying to contact them for 10 days, no response at all. We will never buy here again.

Update; issue was resolved in a fair manner.

Very bad experience. Misleading information on the web, relative to the shipping time. They don't have stock, and UPS's "Express Saver" just doesn't exist. Problems canceling the purchase. Luckily we have paid by Paypal, and we have recovered the money.

I bought a new network 10G card for an HP switch on their site. I received a reconditioned card with the technician's test page. Tonitrus refuse to refund me the price difference. Never buy again in Tonitrus.

Very bad company. Sell second hand and not refurbish = lier

In more the order is not good = incomplete, mistake, bad product etc etc

4 orders = 4 problems and bad service = never buy again in Tonitrus

Great service hands down. I'm admin in a Greek aluminium company and was looking for a switch. Tonitrus has been excellent from the start, when I was about to choose equipment that I would buy, that they've sent it ON TIME (even though it's the Covid mess with deliveries out there), packaging of the switch was more than satisfactory, product came in excellent condition (Grade A) and is working like a charm and aftersales they contacted me to check that everything went OK. Definately would recommend them!

I wanted to update my homes wireless access points and search the internet for solutions and stumbled on Arubas IAP products that seemed to fit my requirements. Problem was that the Aruba prices are not in the consumer level prices.

Tonitrus had a great price for my option Aruba IAP-305. I contacted them and I was given an own account manager to handle my questions (Emil).

The service provided by Tonitrus (Emil) was top notch, all my questions was answered within same day and I decided to buy from them.

The shipping was quick and all delivered as promised. I chose brand new IAP-305 models not refurbished ones.

I even got contacted by phone for aftersale questions confirming everything was delivered as promised.

I can highly recommend. One of the best Customer Service experiences I have had.

Bad experience. I ordered two packages that were wrong and nobody was able to solve the problem by refunding me (I didn’t even open the packages!!!!). 1 star is even too high.

it is a pity I have to mark one star as this company is not even worth this. I ordered a cisco ISR4331-SEC/K9 and got a cisco box delivered with that written on the outside, however on the inside, there was a total different cisco product. And RPS2300. Tonitrus says this is not possible (and actually implies that I am lying). They claim the package was weighted by their department and UPS at 16kg. The weight is something about 14kg.
They refuse to refund. I just lost 1250 EUR.
This is the most amazing(ly) bad experience I have had. Do not ever do business with this company as apparently some big mess is going on here.

In all fairness I must say that I ordered a gigabit Cisco switch in new condition and that I received it within 3 working days in a factory sealed package. Plus they reached me the following day to inform me that the package was delivered as well as to offer their assistance. Would buy from this company again.

Beware of this company, cheat tells you that it sells you new product and is second hand, and then cheats you up to 2 and 3 times in the delivery time. Nothing recommended.

They tend to have interesting IT products that are not so easy to find, and I was tempted by a good Cisco product at a good price. The listing on their website, oddly, had the product for £35 (roughly--they are a German site, so charge in €) new, or £45 used. Guess which I chose? New, of course. Which confused me when the product arrived and was quite obviously used--one of the rubber feet was missing, the case was scuffed, and most importantly it was missing a power supply. I chatted with them three times, and they eventually gave me a full refund and said I didn't need to bother returning the item. In the sense of behaving well when they had quite obviously screwed up, they are a good vendor. However, as my sole transaction with them was well out of an expected level, they only get three stars. I did manage to find a power supply that worked, by the way, and discovered that not only was the item used, but it has a fault.
