Reception staffvery helfull

Had my first Hygienist appointment in a number of years, and I wasn't looking forward to! Past experiences (elsewhere) were very uncomfortable and sometimes downright painful. However, Lead Dental Therapist, Michaela Robinson, has completely changed my mind about having my teeth professionally cleaned. The whole process (in under 30 mins) was completely painless with no high-pitched sounds from the instruments used. My teeth feel so very clean now. It's a 5/5 from me.

I rang up on Friday as I had a tooth ache the receptionist was very helpful and caring she got me an appointment for the Monday when I saw Laura she was very nice and also very helpful

After getting our last appointment cancelled on the day it was due,we were happy the rearranged one went ahead on the date we were given.As always Mathew was his friendly self,the appointment seemed to be over very quickly (not sure if it’s because of his workload).The main receptionist was her normal professional self on sorting out the receipts i required.I do wonder if NHS patients are an irrelevance,as it seems as if private patients spend more money on other cosmetic procedures which together dental advertises.

Having reached the end of a lengthy implant procedure I would like to say I am very happy with result and the experience was made as comfortable as possible by my dentist. Who has always been very informative and professional throughout. Thank you Matthew .

I cannot find anything negative to say about my experience even though visiting the dentist is not one of my favourite appointments to attend however the Hygienist and her assistant were very welcoming polite
And very professional and It made the whole the whole experience more relaxing

The staff were beyond professional and so understanding! They made me feel at ease at every stage of the appointment and gave clear explanations of everything they are doing during the procedure followed by a detailed conversation about aftercare.

Shina is such a good dentist not just the work she does but also the advise she gives you. When she has lorna the denal nurse helping during your appointment you know you are in safe hands. This practice is 10/10 for me

My Dentist Ieva Faura was brilliant as usual yesterday I had two fillings done and she was amazing so kind and professional.

Maher Mohamed and his assistant was very helpful when I had a broken tooth.
He explained that the tooth could be removed instantly and was done with care and consideration. Explained everything that was going to happen when replacing another tooth

Staff are lovely and welcoming, practice is clean and tidy (has air con too!) Dentists are very calm and reassuring, and explain everything very well.
No parking however its next to the big tesco so you can park there and go in after to buy yourself a treat!

My dentist A.Fattahi is amazing I’ve had quite a lot of appointments and he has transformed my smile , he is very kind and makes you feel at ease . I’ve recently had a root canal done on my molar which took an hour , I had regular breaks in between can’t fault him at all , best dentist I’ve seen

The ongoing treatment I am having is excellent, the staff are so helpful and make my visits easy.

Would definitely recommend Nina, she is so down to earth, very lovely and friendly.

I attended my appointment yesterday with Matthew, who was, as always, excellent. He is friendly, professional, and takes the time to make me feel comfortable during my visits. I have no complaints whatsoever about the treatment and care I receive from him.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was let down by the administration side of the practice. My appointment was changed three times before I was finally seen, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

In addition, when I was leaving and paying for my routine check-up, I was informed that I would also need to pay a 40% deposit for my next appointment, which is not until August 2027. When I questioned this, the receptionist's response was simply, "You'll have to ask Matthew about that." I felt my query was dismissed rather than properly addressed, and the interaction came across as though she couldn't care less about my concerns.

It's disappointing because the clinical care provided by Matthew is excellent, but the customer service experience at reception did not match that same standard. I hope the practice reviews both its communication around appointment changes and its approach to explaining payment policies to patients.

Staff are great and very professional

I was treated very well even before I entered the dentist the manager saw me and held the door for me. I have mobility issues and walk with a Rollator so navigating a door and a rollator is difficult but there is a bell outside if you need assistance but I just felt her seeing me and holding the door was lovely. And I was treated kindly when I was in with the receptionist holding the door open when I left. 17
