My top came in, covid shipping is long but thats out of their control.

Beautiful dress in person. Glitter and jewels are coming off everywhere but I only need the dress to survive a wedding I'm in.

I love my jumpsuit! I am 175 pounds at 5'6 I ordered a size medium. The fit is perfect. My husband couldn't stop checking me out so I am definitely happy with this purchase! 😉

Size was very small and fabric was poor quality

This jumpsuit is small, on the picture it looks flare and loose fit round your legs but in real it is very tight, and definitely not for a tall person I am 172cm and weight 62 kg and this jumpsuit is extremely small.

Shipping delay due to COVID-19 is expected and tolerated, the way in which you handle customer complaints/concerns unrelated to it is horrible. I placed an order with you for $94 and not only did the order take so long to process that it missed the wedding date (this was almost a month out from the wedding), you canceled an item in the order bringing the total down to $40 then charged me a shipping fee on top of it for not meeting the shipping minimum when it was out of my hands! You notified me minutes prior to shipping the order out, not even giving me an opportunity to ask to cancel the order completely. Then when I asked for a refund on shipping, your customer service team ignored me. The number you have listed on my credit card company site related to the charge is also disconnected so this charge will more than likely result in fraud. Terrible!
