Should get a negative stars review. Horrible service, wasted all day waiting at home, no door knock, nothing, didn't even attempt delivery. Called me from No Caller ID, which I picked up, they didn't... See more

I have now spoken to 4 tnt 'customer'…
I have now spoken to 4 tnt 'customer' no service staff in 26 hours trying to locate my parcel. Not one of them have done what they said they would and number 4 just advised it's nearly 500pm so I'll now have to wait until Monday and hope someone calla me back.. This is not the first time I have had poor dealings with tnt. Would give 0 if possible. 52 minutes over 4 calls this time, 41 minutes over 4 calls. Then get a fraud phone call within 5 minutes of hanging up. I don't give this number out.
Worst company with broken systems & processes
Worst company with broken systems and inefficient processes.
We have been waiting for our delivery for more than 13 days after clearing their customs invoice. They kept on sending the item to a wrong address. We asked the sender to confirm, they have evidence that they entered the correct address in TNT system whilst sending the courier. Today we received delivery but not of our order but someone else’s plastic cards. Our delivery has still not arrived. This makes us wonder if they have incorrectly delivered our courier to someone else. Contacting their customer service is almost useless, as it doesn’t result into any action at all. They tend to defend their team very well and make promise that they have escalated the matter, each time and yet problem has persisted for so long. I would never purchase any item in future where the sender intends to use TNT courier as their courier service provider. It is a classic example of broken systems and inefficient processes. The company needs to invest in modern collaboration technologies and think of the customer experience instead of cost-cutting.
Update: 5 days after posting this original review, TNT still hasn't managed to deliver our item to us. I call their customer helpline almost every day and every time it feels like a waste of time. The person answering doesn't appear to be an employee of the employee but an outsourced call center who simply repeats the readymade statements/sentences of assurance that you will definitely receive your items soon.
Exceptionally poor quality system in place to ensure adequate service
You know what a business must evidence to demonstrate an ISO9001:2015 quality system? A clear demonstration of risk based thinking & controls. You know what risk has been apparent since 2019...Covid! Don't pretend like having Covid affect one of your sites in 2021 is an unforeseen complication. It was foreseen and the majority have acted well to improve their BCPs. You take our money claiming you have a resilient and professional system (ISO9001) in place to ensure deliveries occur on time. The cost of your services often come at a premium attached to such claims. Yet it's apparent your company is not adequately allocating revenue to deliver such a resilient system. This is evidenced by the fact that your organisation accepts bookings knowing full well you already had a severe backlog and were not delivering on time - and gauging from other reviews in this past week - were already in a ridiculous shambles due to an innefectual BCP.
I have been waiting 6 days for an item…
I have been waiting 6 days for an item to be picked up from Queensland. I should have asked for it to be sent by Aust Post

TNT cannot be trusted and try for the courier if possible.
Twice promised pickup in Geelong - twice failed
TNT twice promised pickup with time frame.
Never showed - twice.
Wasted 2 days of my time.
No communication - no phone call - twice.
Operator unapologetic, said driver might have been too busy.
People seriously call this a freight service?
Appalling service
I was at home the whole day when I got an SMS "We attempted a delivery but could not reach you". Perhaps an SMS to say they are at the door - they did not knock that's for sure. I was in the lounge right near the door ! From a number I could not call back to. I had to wait yet another extra day and spend over an hour and half in the morning to pick up a parcel.
Appalling service.
Delays are short!
I've gotten a delay, but it's alright, coming today, so far it's seems really good.
Hands down the worst courier
Hands down the worst courier. We never received our shipment despite repeated requests to leave in our absence. Driver comes over every single day !!!! But without delivery and without leaving a card, and their customer service tells me that if I don’t sign on the card then they won’t deliver, but they also don’t leave a card !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Till this day we still haven’t received our urgent delivery and we are still fighting. This is a stupid and cumbersome company that deserves to be bankrupt.
Did not attempt a delivery
I was at home the whole day when I got an SMS "We attempted a delivery but could not reach you". From a number I could not call back to. I had to spend 1 hour to pick up a parcel.
Terrible service.
Delivery Driver Never Showed Up
Lazy and arrogant. Delivery never showed up, we were at home this whole time, no card left in the mailbox. I only found this out 1 week later because the sender let me know my parcel was left at the depot.
Customer service was underwhelming, reading from a script, said they had no idea what happened to the delivery driver, nor did they make any effort to find out. Instead TNT pushed it on me to collect my parcel at the depot. Most other courier service provide a re-delivery option under the same circumstance, TNT's policy says they offers such service (in theory), but refuses to honor it. The customer service rep started repeating the same excuse and the phone call was rather unproductive.
I think this company has a lot of trouble understanding the scope of the service they provide/charge for and suffers severely from a "can't be bothered" attitude.
Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service - have been trying to sort out overcharging issue with them since Sept 2020 - charged for an 21kg parcel instead of a 1kg parcel and the delivery was late - when we pointed out their mistake and asked them to fix they put a hold on our account admitted their mistake (in writing) and still won't remove the hold on the account. We have since set up an account with DHL and get great service there.
Service excellent...I missed being home…
Service excellent...I missed being home by 10 mins. I contacted the head office, the really friendly lady said she would try and get the driver back. One hour later, a phone call from the driver who was on his way. Thank you TNT for exceptional customer service and a very friendly driver who put my heavy parcel in the garage.
Stay away from this company !
TNT is advertising 73 hours delivery to overseas address . It has taken them 16 days from AU to Europe ,an important Ship Registration document. Because the delay we almost had to pay 25% VAT on a boat ( could not move it it time without the documentation). Tracking is almost impossible . Do not use them!
never send your courier with TNT
never send your courier with TNT. I get worst service experience with TNT. I get all my stuff damaged. When I open my courier, I get broken sill of my materials. All materials were opened before delivery. I never expected this thing from TNT. But, sorry TNT I will post this all reviews on each and every website which is related to you. Because, my Mom send me this courier as a birthday gift and due to your service I can't use one of them. All my food get crushed. All materials inside the box get mixed. It's ridiculous service.
Terrible experience!
NDIS brought some sheets for my disabled son from America. They had a value of over 1000AUD plus another 300AUD fro taxes and duties. Got notification they would be delivered one day but were not, was then updated to the next day for delivery. I rung TNT who told me I would have to wait 48 hrs for deliver as the address was wrong and it took at least 48 hrs in their system to change the address. 2 days later still no delivery so I rung them again and explained to them it was government money paying for these and that the ndis would be contacting them. The NDIS did contact them and within an hour they were delivered to my door. The address on the package was correct and there was no sign of it being changed at all so I believe they lied about that and in fact did not intend to deliver the package until they found out it was actually the property of a government agency. I even offered to pick it up from their warehouse, which I was told I couldn’t do because they weren’t sure where the package was. I will never order from another place that uses TNT as their deliver courier, and I would highly discourage other people from doing so as well.
Don't use them under any circumstances
All these bad reviews about TNT in Australia tell a story.
If you want to take on one piece of advice in 2021, don't use them under any circumstances.
The whole customer experience from start to finish is absolutely terrible. The management should be sacked. My experience is similar to these other reviews. Bad drivers, lost packages, customer support staff are friendly but thats were it ends. I should of counted the number of times they said they would call me back but never did. They couldn't even give me a day when my package would be delivered after sitting in a depot for over 3 weeks. Their systems are terrible. It was the most frustrating experience. No apologies... nothing. Tells you one thing. This is normal for TNT. You would be mad to use them.
Worst Courier Services
Have lazy drivers. They don’t deliver and leave the parcel for collection.
Even they don’t send a sms or email asking you to collect.
Will only come to know if you track the parcel.
