The t shirts were labelled xxl. Yes, I'm bigger than I should be !!
At very best they're xl, if that.
Couldn't be bothered to return them.
That's probably why they were heavily reduced, as wrongly labelled.
Sorry, won't be purchasing from you again. You gained £20, I lost £20.

Good customer service
I wanted to take advantage of the five T shirt offer, but found the number of options slightly confusing whilst ordering After placing the order I contacted customer service to confirm I had completed the order correctly. I was assisted by Ai apparently and found the experience to be worthwhile and helpful. The order arrived well packaged and contained exactly what I ordered. The shirts have a quality feel about them and fit very well. Maybe I will try their Polo shirts next, good value for money and excellent customer service too.
