Very poor service
Very poor service - I placed an order for 2 polo shirts and 5 minutes after the order realised that it was an old delivery address. I contacted them straight away to amend the address and they said they will try their best to change the address. Radio silence for several hours…..contacted the chat line at 6 pm and no response until 7 pm and then said try again tomorrow morning. I then received an email at 9 pm that unable to change delivery address and it will be sent to old address. Disappointing - I will no longer be buying clothes from them. If you want good quality menswear for a better price, quality and service, look elsewhere.

Truly awful service
Truly awful service. First time buying from this company and very disappointed. Placed an order on 8th July and my package has been doing the Hokey Cokey for all that time - in the depot then out for delivery, back into the depot and out again for delivery and so on. Seventeen calendar days later and I’m none the wiser what’s happening or if I’ll even get this package.
I contacted the company’s customer service about it. The response was largely in defence of the courier with nothing proactive to resolve the problem for me, their customer. I was told to wait even longer. Now I’m getting emails asking if I’m enjoying the product - talk about gaslighting!
If anyone at the company knows where my order is then I’d love to hear from you.

poor service on returns
order a shirt and tie which, when they arrived were not of the quality I would have expected, so i tried to return them.
went onto TM Lewins returns portal and completed the necessary form but it would not allow me to print off the returns label.
I have emailed TM Lewi's customer services four times and had nothing back but a generic email, which was no use at all. when I go onto their returns portal now it says the items have been returned, which is not the case.
Absolutely useless service, and I now have to instruct my credit card company to dispute the payment as I have two items I do not want.
