Excellent Quality Refurbished Items from T.L.X
I purchased refurbished items from T.L.X and I’m extremely pleased with the experience. The items arrived exactly as described and were in excellent condition — honestly better than expected for refurbished products.
Everything was clean, fully functional, and clearly checked before sale, which gave me real confidence in the quality.
T.L.X offers great value for money and proves that refurbished doesn’t mean compromising on quality. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable refurbished items from a trustworthy company.

Good quality products , that passed a full checking process with great customer service . And to add a great place to work for … after 2 years of working for TLX electrical I am still learning , I still receive support to become my best self . For sure more then a job , a place where I feel safe and happy to walk through the door every morning .

Incredibly supportive!

I purchased a Garmin vivoactive 5, expecting the battery to last 10 days, but it only managed 2. Anita was incredibly supportive, offered me a discount to make up for it, and was prepared to accept a return for a full refund. However, I chose to keep the watch because her service was outstanding. I will surely return to this company in the future. Five stars!

Amazing company — truly trustworthy! I would highly recommend them. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their excellent service. I can’t stress enough how amazing they were when I had an issue with my machine — they were absolutely fabulous! They replaced it with no hassle and maintained excellent communication throughout.

I could go on and on about how great they are because they truly deserve to be praised for their outstanding service — something I’ve never experienced even from big retailers. They genuinely deserve to be recognised.

Purchased a reconditioned laptop , arrived quickly, very happy with it. I contacted the company about the warranty as I hadn't received any paperwork, quick response said warranty is automatic, 1 year from date of delivery.
Excellent service and company would definitely use again.

Bought a mobile handset through the 'Tesco Outlet' ebay site and the varying grade and description of them is slightly confusing meaning that I was initially dissatisfied with my purchase but was extremely satisfied with the good customer aftercare experience and the resolution provided by Anita

What an amazing company! Ordered a phone and unfortunately it was stolen by DPD. I contacted the seller and they sent me another out and had it in my hands in less than 24 hours in perfect condition. Could not recommend anymore!

I have ordered 2 televisions from this company. I had a slight issue with the 2nd one. The company were quick to respond to my messages and worked with me to find a solution that suited both of us. Highly recommended if you want quality TVs that are value for money and excellent customer service.

Absolutely worth the 5 stars!!
Ordered a cool box one day, arrived the very next day, even though i was expecting to wait the 48 hours advised for delivery.
Had to contact customer service over a tiny glitch but was sorted out with no hesitation. I would most definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to anyone.

Purchased an Iphone from Kazoop, had a small issue but this was rectified straight away and without question, very impressed with the service and will use again.

Bought a refurbished pen from Kazoop, they also trade as TLX, which did not work. Contacted Kazoop and they immediately replaced it, Sadly this also did not work so contacted again and asked for refund.
They quickly did and kept me informed as to progress.
I think all companies sometimes have a problem but it is a mark of a good company when they sort it all out quickly which is why I recommend Kazoop.

We had an issue with our chosen tv as sometimes will happen, but the follow up and customer service was second to none to ensure I had a replacement. I was moving house so the deadlines were tight but these were accommodated Anita was awesome. The replacement worked perfectly and we are more than happy.
