Tisserand Aromatherapy Reviews 

We’ve been using Tisserand’s Sleep Better range for a long time now, especially the Pillow Mist, and it’s become part of our evening routine. We spray it on our pillows every night, and my daughter particularly loves the calming scent. It helps create a relaxing bedtime atmosphere and has become something she associates with feeling calm and settled before sleep. We use it every single day as a family.

I also love the Sleep Better Massage & Body Oil. On evenings when I’m feeling particularly tense, I massage a little into my neck and shoulders, and the beautiful blend of jasmine, sandalwood and lavender helps me unwind and relax before bed. The scent is luxurious without being overpowering, and it’s become a lovely self-care ritual.
Tisserand is a brand I genuinely trust for aromatherapy products. The quality is excellent, the fragrances are beautifully balanced, and these products have become a staple in our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I tried this product as instructed and within 5 minutes of lying down, I experienced severe room spins and dizziness which lasted all night and continued into the next day. I am literally staggering around the house with dizziness. Also prevented me getting any sleep rather than helping me sleep better, as suggested. There is no warning of this possible side effect on package. I would not recommend.

I originally ordered the Gingerbread Spice Duo which unfortunately got damaged in transit so did not arrive. I contacted Tisserand and the issue was solved within 24 hours, I had a new Gingerbread Spice Duo delivered, it was beautifully packaged and the smell is absolutely glorious. Exactly what I expected and the assistance I received from Tisserand was friendly and extremely efficient. Thank you!

I love their products and the way they are presented. Very nicely packaged, giving you a feeling you are pampering yourself. The droplet points help you save a few quid each time you shop as well. 5 stars

I love the Tisserand Aromatherapy mist sprays! I had an issue recently where they sent the oil instead of the mist! It was speedily rectified! Thank you!

Vivi was very helpful and responded politely and efficiently to my query sending my replacement product quickly. Love Tisserand especially the Lavender and Neroli handcream and Skin Soothe Nourishing Body Oil which smell wonderful and are long lasting.

Tisserand oils are good quality, well packaged and reasonably priced.
I had a minor issue with an incorrect delivery which was quickly resolved and the correct oil arrived within the week. Great customer service.

I was given tisserand roller oils as a part of a care package..but they are really frustrating and don't release the oils, tried running under hot tap and gentle pressure..but they just didn't roll on skin. Contacted Tisserand via social media as no contact us on the website and got no help at all. I was a regular buyer, will never buy again and share how unhelpful they are in my networks. Do not recommend. Update: I was eventually sent new roller heads, bizarre when if I could have removed the existing heads and accessed any oil I wouldn't have contacted Tisserand for assistance.The contact same day of course was to send a series of photos and batch numbers...to then receive no help with the problem: Oil rollers that did not allow the oil to release when rolled over skin remained the issue. As this is the purpose of the items they are defunct. How does Tisserand suggest the tops are safely removed from the glass vials?

Fabulous poducts which never have failed to please over the 20 or so years I have been using them.

6 room mist sprays
I’m a Reflexologist and recently purchased the 6 pack of room mist sprays. They smell absolutely gorgeous and my clients love them 🤗 They’re a great addition to my Clinic.

When I purchased the products - there was a glitch with PayPal and I got charged twice. I contacted Tisserand they were quick to rectify this problem and issued me a refund.

First of all I highly recommend the Tisserand essential oils because of their high quality, for my experience so far the best what I have tried so far.
About two weeks ago I ordered few essential oils and had some issues with my order/delivery so I let Tisserand know about it.
I was literally amazed that instantly they solved the problem with an outstanding customer service approach which was absolutely professional but still was highly kind, thoughtful and so human.
Definitely I am remaining one of their customers in future. Thank you for the positive experience so far!

Excellent products. I have the aroma diffuser, oils and some pulse point rollerball oils and a body wash. All are high quality and the essential oils are supporting me through a difficult time in my life. Also, one of the oils leaked in transit and Tisserand immediately replaced it for me free of charge. Superb customer service. I will continue to buy regularly from this company.

The products are great quality and wonderful to use. Customer service is brilliant, so genuine and supportive especially Vivi who has gone the extra mile to resolve a problem with a product. That’s when you know you are dealing with a quality company, thank you Tisserand and especially Vivi.

Within 1 week of receiving the Aroma Spa diffuser, it became an important part of my health and life. I had a sinus and respiratory infection that lasted for months, yet after 10 minutes of the diffuser with eucalyptus oil drops, my nasal passages cleared and my lungs calmed down. It felt so good that bought a second for my bedroom with frankincense drops, to expand the feel good factor. Plus, when I thought there was an issue with the product (turns out the plug was just loose), Vivi was so helpful and kind. Thank you.

I ordered 5 items, of which one was out stock. Received an email informing me of this and was offered a refund or the option to receive product as soon as back in stock. Despatch of missing item was announced by email and arrived this morning. Very happy with the customer service received. Thank you.

I bought a sleep spray from Waitrose which was used as directed.
I have had an awful reaction which the Doctor is investigating.
Whole back and front together with arms covered with rash and spots. It is very itchy and sore.
I would be very wary about using this product despite the warning on the label the reaction is so bad the company might consider recalling this product.
I will be having further investigations including blood tests shortly.

Been trying to get a response for about a month now to make a return but they've been ignoring me the whole time

I was recently offered a free 30ml and 100ml Skin Rescue face and body cream when placing an order. I ordered three lovely hand creams (on offer!) but neglected to activate the free items. I emailed customer services to check and Sophie came back to me in an instant and added my free items to the order. Fabulous service and beautiful products, thank you so much 😊. I'm also lucky enough to be doing a free trial of body oil at the mo. - sneak preview - it's gorgeous! Looking forward to sending feedback on that when the fortnight is up!

Having received an email from this company on 10 October offering “Free 100ml and 30ml skin rescue cream with every order” I placed an order that day. Order number 0000272726.
When I received my order there were no free items.
I emailed customer service on 15 October to query this and to date have not even had the courtesy of a reply.
This is just appalling service.
