I ordered dress for my 2 year old but got two cheap low quality sarees from them trying to contact them but they are not responding for my refund and also the DTDC courier website is not taking any consideration about the product just helpless lost my money

I ordered a co-ord dress for my kid and when open package it was 2 low standard saree.
I try connecting at same time. Send email as well for customer support but they are not responding.

Strait up scam sends nudes 2 my phone stealing and false advertising

They owe me more than 400 euros, no delivery.

they dont answer me and the order after 3 month still didnt receive

tiny deal was a good shop.. years ago..
for tiny deal its not possible to ship a item in 8 days.
don't order here.. waste of time

Complained immediately after I received some Xmas lights that arrived with 2 pin EU plugs & UK 3 pin un-fused adapters. The 2 pin plugs were a poor/loose fit in the adapters & kept falling out, which would make them dangerous to use as they would build up heat & could catch fire.
Eventaully they offered me an £11 part refund on the items that cost £30 which I accepted, but then never refunded me the money or responded to any future e-mails I sent asking what happened to the refund they offered me.Tried for over a month to get a reply but nothing. If you want a good deal with good after sales, DON'T buy from Tiny Deals!!!

My order was paid on 27.10.2018 not shipped for two weeks now. They don't answer any emails. Selling products they don't have in stock obviously. Very bad experience.

TinyDeal sent me a worthless adapter instead of two memory cards I ordered and paid for. All my requests to remedy the situation remain unanswered.
Do any deals with this company on your own risk to be fooled!

So far my experience has been really great with TinyDeal. I love the unique products available here. You cannot find these product anywhere on internet. My all orders has been completed successfully(India). The products are so unique and cheap i don't care if they arrive few days late. I am planning to contact them to drop ship products for my future business also.

I often buy stuff from Chinese manufacturers and online shops. I’ve bought fromTiny Deal a few times and - despite the time the goods take to reach me - I was pretty satisfied with their timing. I assumed the issue was my local postal service (Brazil, or Mexico)
In February 2018 I bought a pair of iPhone charger-cases. Never received them and they don’t EVEN pretend to help: my messages go unanswered and they flatly ignore everything I sent them
I can not recommend them to anyone. At all.
I know ir because I sent them 4 emails and none have bieen replied up to nos (October 2018).
Such a pity because they have a nice price-stock ratio from all the suppliers back there in China

Paid for item and never received it. Contacted customer service for 1+ months and the representative did not make the situation right. I wasted my money for nothing.

I had ordered a goods in last year. I have receive the goods in February 2018, but the goods was sent back. First any Jean answered me, that as they receive the parcel back, they will inform me. Some months had gone, and next any George answer me the same. Today is June and I have no goods and no money.

Tiny deal has very bad attitude to their clients...l ordered some item from them...last tracking of item was in Australia Post in Chullora and after that all tracks disapeared APost sent me mail admitting the loss and advised me than only Tinydeal as a sender can claim refund on my behalf I sent 6 emails to customer service and they completely ignoring that...this is no way of any respectable firm to try their client with contempt...very bad attitude...it looks like we got your money so ...

A scam shop. They take advantage of their clients to sell cheap copies of the products they are advertising they are selling.

The product I receive is not the one I order, neither the have the same technical specifications/capabilities.

It has the following differences:

It is not from the same brand. I order one JJRC-Q50 and I receive a Xiangdijia 69992
It does not have progressive throttle
It does not have demonstration button
It does not have light weight lipo-batter, it is fitted with a heavy Ni-Cd battery
the remote control does not have the same technical features than the one that comes with JJRC-Q50
It does not comes fitted with batteries for the remote control
I order a JJRC-Q50 and tinyedeal shop sent a cheap copy of the product that does not have the same specifications/capabilities. I have no use for the product received and the shop is the only responsible for this mistake and is not willing to pay for a return shipping service, neither refund.
