Initially what I'd ordered was not available but they got in touch with me straight away. Quickly sorted and dispatched and the harness, collar and lead arrived this morning. Excellent value for money. First class communication. I will highly recommend this company. This is a genuine review from a very satisfied buyer😊

Ordered 4 days ago and not even sent. What's the point in ordering? Can go elsewhere and food comes within 2 days. Very poor.

3 days order to delivery. 5th time used and never had a problem

Contacted company as following quick process of order, I could not see it was with the courier for delivery. Very helpful member of staff who looked into the issue, explained what had happened, when it would be resolved and when I could expect delivery - this was followed up by email. Order successfully delivered. Thank you very much

Dire customer service and long delivery timescales . Ignored numerous emails to cancel order due to long wait. Marked as despatched to Yodel for a week but not sent.

The only good thing cheaper price - never reply or get back in touch - still waiting g for up date on delivery yodel says it’s still with them - they reckon it’s in its way … I’m going to have to go out and buy food because I have no idea where it is and want a refund NOW but can’t actually talk to anyone - fuming

No response at all to emails or telephone. Do not deal with. Taking forever to get refund through PayPal.

Obviously not a legit company as no telephone number advertised, don't respond to emails and telephone number found through google which lists numerous companies on the answerphone (press 1 for Time for Paws) simply rings out.

Positive reviews here state received order in a week or so - not normal! My replacement order with a legit company arrived within 2 days! I also received updates. Nothing received from these scammers.

Avoid at all costs.

Excellent Service Very Good Value for Your Money

Wish I had read reviews first! Ordered dog food, received email saying shipping but Yodel tracking still says "with sender " a week later. No reply to emails and no phone numbers available to call. Avoid at all cost!

I ordered two bags of dog food as the offer was very good and better than any price I had seen locally. Then I looked at the reviews and my heart sank..... Well let me tell you I had no problems at all - my dog's food arrived within a week and I received email updates every two days.
So maybe if you need the food tomorrow don't order but if you have a week to wait the offers are amazing and I had absolutely no issues at all.

I had a problem with my order delivery, but after getting in touch with time for paws, it was sorted immediately and I received my dog food a day later.
Every business has its problems but it’s the way their delt with that counts.

I have placed my order a week ago, it's the same as alot of people are saying. I received my tracking number but have not received my order.
I've tried emailing them but still waiting for them to reply.
I won't be using these again.

I ordered on monday and the item arrived on Wednesday. Very fair pricing and swift delivery. Having read other reviews I was a little worried but no problems at all. I would use this supplier again with confidence.

Allow extra time to receive your order.
Our order took just over a week to arrive.
I did email them after waiting a week and they said it was on its way and apologised for the delay, the next day it arrived.

Ordered dog food and then read reviews. Was worried that the order wouldn't be fulfilled so emailed the company expressing my concern. Received a prompt email back from customer service apologising for the delay - there hadn't really been a delay as I had only ordered on the Friday, read the reviews over the weekend and messaged on the Monday. Any way, food turned up one week after ordering. Good price and good communication. Would use again, but not if I was in a rush to receive the food as delivery took a bit longer - but that said, delivery was free so can't really complain.

Friendly warning. Do not use this company. Didn't send my dog food until I raised a dispute through PayPal. Only then did they send it as I was due for a refund. Parcel now in transit. Let's see if I receive the correct order. If not, I will be requesting a refund!! SOMETHING GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Have used the company for a few years, but most recent order didn’t arrive. Email saying it was being dispatched with Yodel tracking number, but then nothing for 10 days. Yodel never received it. No timely response to emails. Raised dispute with PayPal for refund and only then received apologetic email from company.Shame as they have been fine in the past but suspect major problems going on. Avoid.
