First class service
Contacted me within a day of my original request for help. Asked me to leave a contact number so they could phone me. The time I asked them to call I was delayed due to a diabetic screening. I phoned and apologised, and again left my number. I was phoned within 10 minutes, and was helped through reconnecting my Bella doorbell by a very patient and helpful lady called Hope. First class service from start to finish.

Almost made it
The camera is a great piece of kit. There was a problem when the incorrect lead arrived, that in itself was not a problem, thing's happen. The problem was in the customer service side. The issue could have been resolved easier and sooner. We got there in the end, hence the 4 star's. Thanks.

I made an enquiry about some features of the CCTV cameras as I wanted to install them in an elderly relatives house.

Return and Replacement
Would highly recommend this company. Received a new key fob but despite numerous attempts it would not connect to my alarm. Very helpful responses from Time 2 and item was returned and replacement sent to me which works perfectly. Return and replacement very easy and efficient. Many thanks go especially to Hope and Akeel. Very friendly an knowledgeable service.

Had bought AVA WIRELESS CAMERA SYSTEM ON NOV 22 14 MONTH WARRANTY ONE OF THE CAMERA'S HAS STOPPED WORKING PHONED SUPPORT TEAM WAS TOLD DONT DO AVA SYSTEM ANYMORE CAMERA WONT BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED BECAUSE 6 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE RESPONSE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AS PAID £148 FOR 2 CAMERA'S ONLY GOT 14 MONTHS OUT OF ONE WAITING FOR NEXT CAMERA TO FAIL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TIME 2 FOR ANY OF THERE ITEMS POOR QUALITY

i would like to complain to time2 camera with regards to sending back my camera for a replacement , i sent it back with the tracking label you sent me and was delivered on Monday 27th November, i heard nothing back from you for over a week and have been left with no security at my back door now for over 2 weeks, i contacted you with this and you had the Gaul to send me an email saying you have not received this camera when clearly you have as i sent you proof with 2 photos of receipt and delivery but still no apology regarding no communication and then saying you don't have it is outrageous and bad customer service on your part , so would like my replacement sent back asap. 😁😀😀 they have responded to my call and made good my request of complaint and sent me a new camera so all is good . many thanks

Time2 ‘Luna camera/light’ - setup advice
Having purchased a Time2 ‘Luna’ camera/light I had trouble getting the settings ‘correct’ and could not find how to do it either via Time2 chat or online searches. I have ‘played about’ with settings and come up with this advice :- once connected and SD card formatted set :- Night Mode to ‘red’ , Motion Detection to ‘red’ , PIR to ‘red’ and switch to ‘green’ , Light to ‘white’ and 100% with switch set to ‘off’(white), time delay to ‘your liking’ (i.e. time it will stay ‘on’ between 0 and 180 seconds , set timing to say 17.00 ( the time it will detect motion and so come on). This can be amended as required as ‘darkness’ changes with summertime/wintertime . Also, on ‘main function’ set motion to ‘on’ , light switch to ‘off’ , siren to ‘off’ ( this siren only seems to activate by ‘ manually’ toggling the switch for it to ‘off’ or ‘on’. Hope this helps. Great product by the way except you can not ‘angle’ it sideways on adjustments (only up or down) and the fixings are fiddly to get screwdriver and allen key (provided) into the available space (you need to use some common sense when doing this).

I had trouble with my camera connecting…
I had trouble with my camera connecting to the internet after I had a new modem.
I contacted Hope in Customer Support and with her help and input I was able to reconnect my camera.
In this day and age it is nice to deal with a company that looks after their customers so well.
If you have a problem, contact Hope or one of her colleagues and I’m sure they will resolve it for you.

Fantastic easy to set up CCTV GREAT SERVICE
Wow what a fantastic company Time 2 is.
I’m an electrician by trade and have been looking for a good cctv company that can supply and give advice and backup when needed. I had a particularly demanding customer who was anti tech and security paranoid. He wanted a camera in seven rooms. Well I have to say the service and attention I got from Nazia at Time2 was exemplary . I tried one of the cameras at home and it was so easy and extremely understandable.
I had to check a couple of items re setting up seven cameras before I went to my client and there was an even easier way to register the 7 camera. It took me about one and half hours from start to finish including placing the cameras in each room. We used the customers I touch and iPad to view and use the simple to app Clan at home which again was so easy to us.
The biggest bonus for my client was he understood how it worked and when he was able to view on his desk top computer via the web view he couldn’t thank me enough. I have several customers asking for cctv quotes, I will most definitely be using Time2 again.

Time2 HSIP2 Wireless Surveillance Camera re-install
When I was looking to re-install a pair of Wifi cameras I had brought with us when we moved home I no longer had the installation manual. Akeel of Time2 customer services was a big help in connecting me with all the information I needed to get the cameras up and running again, including a link to the latest version of their mobile phone app so I can monitor my home remotely. All this even though my Time2 products are discontinued!
