The website doesnt load, even extensive googling doesnt help find any form of contact for the uk, its driving me insane as a client wants to use this product but i cant price a product i cant find any information on....

I cannot say enough about the marvellous job the guys from Timber-tak have done. Amazing quality and such lovely people first class job thank you. our summerhouse is fantastic

I purchased and laid Maritime Grey Easyclean Edge Grooved Deckboard three years ago, and write to report my experience of this great product.

50% of the decking was laid under the canopy of a large 7m Cotoneaster tree. The challenge of keeping it clear of bird droppings and millions of red berries was immense and required weekly pressure washing. Despite this, the decking still looks pristine. There doesn't appear to have been any colour fading or texture change even under parasol bases, tables, planters.
Unfortunately, the winter gales have taken the tree down, with the decking taking the full weight of the fallen tree. Now that the tree has been cut up and removed, I am delighted to say that, apart from one small dent the size of a nail head, there is not even a scratch on the deck. How impressive is that?

It seems this decking is impervious to all sorts of rough treatment, and the claims on the advertising blurb are not exaggerated. Not only does this product look good, but it is clear that it is going to last for a long time.

This complaint is about their after sales and total lack of reply to emails and phone calls . A builder badly fitted Timbertecks Aluminium impression fencing,I have asked via phone and 2 emails for some lengths of the plastic capping that hides the joints so that I can complete the job. I have recieved no response . (I have phoned them again since writing the review and am now waiting to see if they can supply the pieces I need)

This company has a great website stating "We don’t just sell deck boards – we do whatever it takes to help you to create your perfect outdoor space" Couldnt be further from the truth. They are great at sales, leaning on their supply of a reputable US product, however once you are over to aftersales, the care is non-existent. They have caller id so wont pick up the call if the salesperson you dealt with isnt there. The customer services team have no technical knowledge or authority to do anything - they will only pass on messages.
I spent nearly 3k on decking and encountered a challenge during the build with their screws. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, and complaints to the leadership there was no comeback or help or advice on how to overcome the issue. Instead I was offered an alternate very large box of 300 screws for 100 pounds as they might help fix the issue.
Unfortunately poor management lets this company down. Better off with Millboard I say.

We had a very poor experience collecting some decking from the warehouse but the quality was good and the price was bearable so reordered more. Decided to get it delivered to avoid having to deal with the silly little man managing the warehouse again. For some reason there was over a week delay in dispatching. Then nearly two weeks later it was apparently delivered to site. Then told it was actually delivered to a neighbour which is odd given our site is manned 24hrs. No indication which neighbour received it and no signature so can only assume we're being messed around by a sad individual back at the warehouse. Ruslan was a great sales rep and the product was decent price and quality, but the company is being totally let down by poor warehouse management. There's still no sign of the goods we paid for at the beginning of the month.

We have just completed a large deck area using TimberTech Sea Salt Grey boards. Ruslan at TimberTech was very helpful throughout the order process and even arranged for the stock to be held until we were ready to start our project. It is our first use of composite decking and are hoping to get many years use out of it, all fitted in accordance with the install instructions and looks fantastic, a big upgrade on our wooden deck of old.

Spent an extremely large amount of money on a vast decked area which was constructed and fitted by the team at Timbertech structure and boards which cost around £14k. This was beautiful when first put down but only 8 years on and the structure has sunk due to lack or correct installation (not enough concrete) and screws have snapped due to this movement and boards have bowed and risen. I have been advised by the company that they is nothing that they can do as the structure is only on guarantee for 5 years!!
I have been advised to get out some experts to look at this but as I have just pointed out to the company the boards will get damaged if unable to remove the snapped screws but alas they are not interested. Disgusted with this response and did recommend Timbertech a few years ago to friends but won't be doing that again!!! Paid all that money to think I was going to have a beautiful decked area for many many many years but now have to fork out more money for someone to come out and do a proper job

Composite decking board are very fragile as edge broken off with normal use and at £110 per square metre you would expect more strength and quality and then to be told this is quite normal and not a fault beware

This is the second time we have used Timbertec, we found that they are very helpful, also the product was an excellent choice, compared to other composite decking, we will certainly recommend Timbertec to others

As a professional landscape gardener, and preferred installer I've used Timbertechs' products on a variety of projects. The boards are of great quality and really sturdy, and really look great when installed correctly. Clients have nothing but praise when they see the finished deck, it is more expensive than some online decking products but you get what you pay for tbh. The sales and aftercare team are super helpful. Honestly, I am super happy with Timbertech's products.

We installed Timbertech decking for our client using Sea Salt Grey, big deck with a hot tub sunk partially into it, fantastic product, custome is over the moon with the finished product, will be using again!

I have sent 9 e-mail complaints to TimberTech UK since April 2021, and they have never replied. I have issues with my Decking which they installed at a cost of £17k, and they don't even bother to reply..

Customer service was excellent at Greensquares. Emilio made my purchase so seamless and was professional and helpful at every stage.
Would thoroughly recommend.

I was new to the world of composite decking and wasn't sure how to proceed and where to begin.
From the first point of a contact, Greensquares helped not only choose the right product for me but assisted with efficient communication, multiple samples and excellent customer service. To be fair, delivery was delayed for 2 days as I've been advised 5 working days and it arrived in 7 which I still found extremely good as I've been quoted 4-5 weeks from other companies. Overall, very pleased with the product it looks amazing and their exceptional services. Definitely recommend!

Got some decking for a small project at the end of the garden, love it. Would definitely recommend the company, Ruslan was great! Bought with their tiles too.

Ordered decking Feb 2021. Delivery estimated start to mid April 2021. Actual delivery end of May 2021, 6 to 8 weeks late.

Quality of fixings the worst I have ever came across. Hidden clips screws were so poor we had to purchase alternatives. The screws for fascia boards also poor. Customer Services offer to remedy the issue is ridiculous. 6 hours lost to go and replace parts and they will refund 1 bag of screws despite the cost to buy 600 new screws and all the lost time. After spending nearly £2.5k and setting up a trade account I will not repurchase from thus company and advise all to DO THE SAME.

The finished decking is perfect. It looks perfect. It feels perfect. It’s perfect for us. Although there is an initial outlay financially it is worth it for the finish, the longevity, the low maintenance. A proper clean once a year, but even being able to spot clean it with a cloth means it is always looking brand new. It was easy to install with all the fixtures and fittings, and quick to put down. Narrower sections don’t look out of place and give a sleek finish. Moving furniture is easy, and it’s a joy to walk bare foot on knowing you’re not going to get splinters!
